The staff are always super knowledgeable and kind , they were super patient with and accommodating to my child who has Autism and the manager even used finger spelling ASL to answer my deaf sister's questions. It's always spotless, well organized and well stocked. They even keep the bathrooms clean which is difficult when open to the public. Although there's no Café it's still one of my favorite places to retreat to. I love that I can sit and read a book as if I visited the library, but get to enjoy the ambiance and atmosphere much more , sometimes it feels like my escape and I forget it's a store , then get excited when I realize that I can pay for my treasures and take them home to cherish forever

I went by the Dartmouth store today and was helped by an awesome younger female worker! I asked her what recommendations she had for a certain vibe of book I was looking to read. She was more than helpful! I’m currently on book two of one of those series! Can’t put it down thanks so much!
Also another younger girl helped me find the series and where I could pick up the rest of the books, making it super easy for me to purchase! The enthusiasm this bookstore clerks have is great! You’re awesome!

Outstanding yearly Christmas with Santa story time. My first time and a beginning of many more. The staff is so professional and courteous and really interactive with the children. Truly Thankful to Barnes & Noble for what they do! Please bring your kids to this place a really family place.

I stopped by to treat myself to a birthday gift. I spent a good deal of time browsing the different categories, trying to narrow down my choices. The staff was very helpful in this endeavor, being very knowledgeable and friendly. I eventually left with 2 gifts for myself ( don't judge me.....lol). I will definitely be visiting again in the near future.
