One of my friend referred Balaji travel network in 2014 while I was looking to book tickets for my parents visit to the US, Srinivas Gunnam helped me to get the best fare/route/total trip time with top customer service, I was so impressed with their service and I have been booking tickets with them since then.

Hands down for their customer service and their attention to all the details for any itinerary. I should have booked at least 12 round trip tickets (IND-US & US-IND) with in 6 years. BOOK with them once & YOU will never search for another travel agent including online sites.

Mar 7-21, I traveled to India through the tickets booked through Balaji Travels. The route is ATL-AMS-BOM-MAA. Till BOM, it is Delta. BOM-MAA, it was Jet Airways.
While in Mumbai, I had to pay Rs 4,500 for the extra baggage fee for the domestic flight. This is because, Balaji Travels, didn't book international & Domestic with the same ticket. As it was different tickets, only domestic baggage policy applied and I had to pay the rest. Case is same, when I traveled back on Mar 21, by paying around Rs 5,000.

I repeated told the Balaji travel guy to book the same ticket to travel MAA, before booking the ticket. He confirmed couple of times that it is the same PNR and I wouldn't face any baggage issue. But ultimately, he didn't keep up his word. And once I came back after travel, emailed few times but no reply from them.

I will never book it again through Balaji Travels. Not keeping up the word, no proper response etc.
