Super friendly and helpful to get some documentation on file. Even with their changeover to a different system and issues locating the right form to complete, but several of them jumped on it and helped us out. Thus far dealing with everyone in the county has been such a refreshing change over Duval county.

I was hung up on not once, but twice because my phone was fuzzy. They could hear me but there was static and I was in the middle of asking them a question and they hung up on me twice. That is rude and very unprofessional. At least offer the courtesy to call back if you're having trouble with your phone. Learn proper phone and customer service etiquette before you take a job that requires you to talk to people for a living.

Ms. Harvey and her staff always have been extremely friendly, gracious and helpful whenever I have needed them. The bailiffs also always have been professional and helpful. It is a pleasure working at this courthouse.

The absolute worst customer service. They cannot mail, email, or fax you anything. They don’t have smart phones. They don’t care about customers. They laugh in your face. Most rude group of individuals I have ever come across in my entire life. They hung up on me twice.

First time going to this court house for child support court and I was told by this old bald head officer my son wasn't allowed in the court room unless the judge approves it and that no minors under the age of 18 are allowed unless the judge approves it lol I've never heard that before jacksonville Florida doesn't do that nor does Gainesville Florida or starke Florida. I think that was something he made up my son not allowed but Mr.Bald head was on his cell phone during court? Not sure who to talk to about this matter but I highly recommend they get another officer that actually wants to be at work instead of dictating me about my 1 year old son and the funny part about it is he checked us in at the door told us to go to room 2 and after 1hr of waiting he pulls me to the side to tell me some bs get it together macclenny

I called in to make sure they got my last payment on my court cost and the girl was very rude and would not pull it up said I had to call Jay pay well you work in the clerks office you want to know you cannot talk to nobody through JPay but you know what I pulled up my own information through the clerk of the courts and it showed paid zero balance I need your job sweetheart
