We could not be happier with B.Remembered and the experience we had. Our photographer Jason was super easy going and kind. We were nervous at first because he had never been to the area we were shooting at, and we eloped from out of town, but he had no issue walking all over Salem to find shots and following friends who were familiar with the area. He was able to capture so many shots in so many different and we now have pictures that we will be able to look back on for forever with a smile. 10/10 recommend! Thank you so much!

B. Remembered is our photographer for our upcoming wedding in November. We recently had our engagement shoot and we are so excited and happy with the final product! The poses were cute and our photographer (Tyler) was so lovely and chill to work with. Additionally, the communication with B. Remembered was spot on and we felt very informed on the day of the shoot. Totally recommend them for your photography needs and we can’t wait to work with them again in the future!

TL;DR:
B.Remember’s team, especially Daniel, James, Stephen, Miles, Danny, Patrick and those behind the all editing and revisions were all extremely patient and cooperative with our needs.

1. My wife and I are very happy with all our photos and videos and we had 600 guests at our reception.
2. We had a mixed traditional/modern Vietnamese style wedding that required photography and videography from 7AM until about 10:30PM with a total of 3 ceremonies in the same day.
3. I had written out the day’s hectic schedule, list of photo shots, and list of video shots…….Most companies would not accommodate for such details and length of work hours but B.Remembered did and delivered.

BEFORE the Wedding Day:
From the beginning, we had great communication with timely responses to all our questions. Even when we had to switch up the wedding day schedule just days ahead, they accommodated and adjusted accordingly.

The Wedding Day:
The team had to travel 6 times by car throughout the day and constantly adjust to our time while capturing photos and videos. They even accommodated as far as going to the outdoor photo shoot area ahead of time, to find the best spot amongst the crowd in the hot weather. Then they contacted us to tell us when they were set up and we left; this was so that the bridal team could avoid the heat as much as possible.

During the reception of 600 people, they were able to capture such great and memorable moments. Unfortunately, there was one technical difficulty that had occurred but B.Remember collaborated with us to make it perfect, which I will discuss in the next section.

AFTER the Wedding Day:
Our communication with the editing team after the wedding was awesome. Again, timely responses and accommodating. Regarding our photos, they had edited several hundred amongst over 4,000 photos. Majority of them turned out great the first edit around, but there were a few we wanted to be re-edited, and they re-edited it not once, or twice, but three times until we were satisfied. I can’t be grateful enough for their patience with us.

CHERRY ON TOP:
About the one technical difficulty mentioned above…..something had happened to the video camera mid-shot of our first dance. We were heart-broken to be honest…..but the B.Remembered team had a great suggestion for us to try and we both collaborated with each other to make it right. It was a long shot but the final outcome was amazing and beyond what we wanted even initially. I will leave the link to the video here and let it speak for itself…….thanks again to an amazing team that I highly recommend working with!!

B Remembered did my pictures and video for my wedding that was in April 2024! I couldn’t be any happier with the pictures and wedding video I received back from them! They did such an incredible job! The photographer was amazing and was so friendly to everyone and the videographer captured everything I wanted and needed! If you need a team of people to work with B Remembered is the way to go! 10/10 recommend! Just amazing! Thank you so much!

I just got my video back and I am speechless!! We didn’t have your “traditional wedding” and everything was captured so perfectly! Nate was absolutely amazing to work with and totally followed our ideas while adding his creative touch. I didn’t plan on having a videographer until a week before the wedding and B Remembered fit us in and made everything go seamless. I can’t say enough about the company as a whole and would highly recommend!!

Defiantly recommend this company - our photographer was Teressa the day of the wedding and our editor was Tyler. It worked out great and we got tons of good photos that will last a lifetime. There was a little bit of an editing queue due to the busy summer wedding season but they communicated with us every step of the way.

TLDR: Horrible communication, homophobic photographer, bad attitude.
B. Remembered was the only regret of our entire wedding. Months before, we had reached out to set up a meeting with our photographer. We were told they set those up 21 days before the wedding and that they would reach out. We received the email to sign up on a Sat and only 3 days were available (2 of which were that week) for a 15min phone call. None of those days worked for us and I emailed to ask about another day and why our detail meeting was only a 15min phone call. They assured me they could work with us and there would be another call with our actual photographer for the day. Our initial call with Daniel the president went very well. He told us we would hear from our photographer the next day. We reached out again and were told we would hear soon. Our photographer finally got in touch with us 10 days before our wedding for a phone call. He said he would be available to call at 5:30. At 5:45 we texted to ask if we were still calling as we had heard nothing. We finally got a call at 6pm. Joas seemed very disinterested in talking to us. Fast forward to the wedding day, Joas shows up to our formal wedding in a tshirt and jeans. He acted like he was unhappy being there. We asked him to take pictures of the outfits. My maid of honor wore a suit to the wedding instead of a dress and he was VERY upset about this. He kept moving her suit off of the rack and complained when we said we wanted the suit in the pictures. We kept moving it back and telling him we wanted it in the pictures. After the 4th instance of this and us having to raise our voices to get him to stop he grumbled and took the pictures with the suit. As I was getting make up done (the bride) he kept making comments about the lines in my forehead and asking why my "face looks like that" and "why I was making that face" (I wasn't making any faces, it was just my face naturally). It made me very self conscious on a day I was supposed to feel beautiful. Throughout the day the attitude remained mostly the same. At one point I asked him if we would be able to pick the photos we wanted edited before they were edited he said yes. Less than a week later, our photos were uploaded. We opened the album and saw not only were the photos edited (very poorly) they were also uploaded to their site as if they were finished. My husband and I didn't pick the photos and they were not edited the way we asked. I emailed about the confusion and didn't hear back for several days. I reached out again days later asking to speak to someone. I talked with Daniel who assured me this was an accident and that he would resend us the album, let us pick the photos, he would edit them personally and when they were done we would get a photo album. When I told him our problems with Joas, he said "he was probably having a bad day". Our wedding was August 24th. We had this call early September. At first, Daniel was very responsive. We picked the photos and he sent us a few samples and asked for feedback. Sept 30th he said they would he finished end of next week. October 14th I emailed to check in. October 16th I sent another email. We received a response Oct16th with photos asking us to check them out. We sent back an email saying they looked good we just had a few tweaks if possible on Oct21st. We didn't receive any communication until November 26th after 4 emails (one of which being the response asking about the tweaks) and a few phone calls. All we asked for was communication and we received a very passive aggressive response saying we would get them mid-December. It is now Jan 26th and we have not received any communication since then. No phone calls or emails to either of us. I have emailed twice since and called 3 times and left voicemails. To this day, more than 4 months post wedding, we do not have our final edited photos and they are no longer communicating with us at all. DO NOT use B. Remembered! Their photographers are rude and their communication is awful. The only regret of our wedding day was choosing them.

Unfortunately not worth it. Although the photographer we had was excellent and on top of everything- we had an awful experience with the DJ assigned to us and an even worse experience with communication regarding a refund. The DJ did not communicate with me whatsoever regarding song requests and ceremony songs nor did he reply to any of my messages the day of the wedding which had me anxious as to if he'd even show up. He arrived late, under the influence, and as many guests later told me, "in a cloud of smoke" when leaving his vehicle.

He set up in the wrong area, looked for me (the bride) as I was getting ready for the song list, which he should've already had prepared, and had advertisements playing on the speakers right before the ceremony. He played incorrect songs, and on top of that, even played two songs at the same time during the ceremony. None of my family's song requests were played during the reception. Believe me when I say the list of examples of how unprofessional this person was really goes on.

We also had a photobooth in our contract which wasn't working for the first few hours. Someone from the company did come in person to manually work the booth for pictures for the remainder of the night. We have only just now saw the preview of those photos after calling repeatedly to ask for our promised printed book. (Our wedding was in early October.)

We still had an amazing night with our loved ones, but after waiting more than 2 months for any compensation, I decided that it was time to leave this review to help future newlyweds to avoid the stress we faced from this company.
