First you must understand this is a 55+ park, and not a campground for overnighting. All lots are privately owned, there are lots that may be rented. There are some perminant residents.

This is a beautiful park, with great amenities and functions, as an owner or renter you have full use of all there is to offer. Shopping, restaurants and medical are all within 5 to 7 miles away. Major areas for such things are within 20 minutes.

We’re new to the park, but we really enjoy the people and the park, it’s great.

Great 55 plus RV Resort with deeded lot. Some are empty lots, some with RVs and some with park models. Really active community. Golf close by at Torrey Oaks
