I’ve been stationed at this base twice. This place has saved me so much time and money by allowing me to do my own oil changes, tire rotations, and lift kits. Not every base has a shop like this, so I’m glad it’s still around!

Awesome place to get any automotive done. They have every tool you could ever need and knowledgeable mechanics ready to help you. I got a job quoted at 4Wheel Parts at $928 and 7 hours of work (it would have taken them 2 hours) but they refused to come down. My son and I have no mechanic experience. We got it done in 7 hours (took that long because of learning curve) for $42 here. Awesome place we will use for all our future mechanical needs.

I haven't used the auto skills center since being overseas. It is still what I remember approximately 17 years ago. They have stayed up-to-date and have professional staff members. Well done!

It's a good resource but a lot of the equipment is beat up.

The duck heads on tire machines are not correctly tightened. When used they gouged my wheels really bad. Also the assist tower for one of the tire machines is not hooked up correctly and therefore useless.

This place is a "financial life saver"!! Where else can you use a lift for an oil change, etc. and only pay a few bucks? It's definitely my go-to place!

Great place to work on or get your car worked on . They have car lifts which you can use as well as tools. At one time there was about 3 -4 mechanics there to give you advice & help you to make repairs. Now theres only ( one ) they are under staffed ! This means you have to wait until he can get to you & mind you he has to also be the tool attendant, cashier, mechanic, maintain safety & give instructions as well as clean up . Over all it's worth the wait & time spent to learn more as well as getting you car service at a reasonable price.

Save money and do it yourself. Maintenance bays, vehicle lifts, A/C recovery and charging, tire machine, plenty of tools and two really good guys patient enough to answer questions or lend a helping hand. Larry is very helpful. They can do oil changes and many other services to your vehicle. Just ask, get the price and schedule a time to drop off.
