My husband and I travelled to Miami from the UK for our 20th year anniversary trip. Attention to Detail Concierge Service, took care of us for the whole week, meticulously planned every part of our trip, from the hotel to travel and excursions. I couldn’t fault the service we received and at the end of every day Gary checked on us to see if his team were looking after us or if there was anything else he could do. We had such a great time that we have booked the same trip and the same concierge package again. I would thoroughly recommend ATD to friends or family travelling to Miami.

I’ve been fortunate to work with Gary and ATD on many occasions. Gary’s background in the hospitality industry along with his attention to detail combine to offer unforgettable experiences. Whether it be local food tours, charters or even day trips to the Keys there is always something new to see. Their local knowledge allows for a unique experience most tourist will never get to see such as stoping off a staples such as Harriette’s on our way to the keys.

Also I must add that their airport transfer service even for 5 am flights definitely makes the difference from any other providers!

I stumbled upon Attention to detail while looking for a boat rental. Gary was able to get me a boat rental after i had tried numerous times finding someone who would rent me a boat during these times.

The best part of it is that it was quick easy and smooth. Price for the rental was fair. He was also very friendly and told me his scope of work goes way beyond helping with rentals/excursions.

We were greeted at the Arrivals in Airport with a luxury SUV which was extremely clean and comfortable for our entire team! Gary and his team set up every pick up, drop off at different spots throughout Miami meticulously. We were treated to the best places for Lunch and Dinner, they took care of all reservations and bookings on our trip to Miami. All in All a wonderful experience working with Gary and his Team!
