A Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs

I deeply regret choosing this company. I've lost nearly $11,000 on airline tickets due to their lack of transparency. At no point was I informed that the tickets were non-refundable. When I reached out for help, the so-called "solutions" they offered were absurd. They suggested another trip for another (another country and date) with a downgrade to economy class but still pay a fee equivalent to the cost of a business class ticket. This was by far one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made.

Thank you Laise at ATT Florida for taking very good care of our travel needs. We were able to get a very good rate on our trip to Brazil and her customer service was outstanding. Not only did she help us book the trip with a great rate, but she sent us travel updates and check in reminders while we’re on vacation. That definitely helps in case of a flight time change and we appreciated the advance notice. I highly recommend this company and Laise to others.

The absolute best service I received from them. I am so glad to have booked all of my travel arrangements with them. Laise, our travel agent, was always there for us from beginning to end, even after we have arrived at the hotel and had a last minute change of plans, Laise did her absolute best to make new arrangements for us, booking some amazing places. My wife & I have been dealing with Absolute Tours and Travel for 20-some years. That alone should say something about the quality of their service. A Dna Nilza and her helpers have always treated us with the utmost respect. Should any problem arise they would go out of their way to resolve it for us in a timely manner.
I reccomend them to anyone who needs travelling services of any kind or currency exchange and/or banking services.
