Started shopping around last year as I knew I needed to move. Looked at lots of places but just kept coming back here. When the perfect unit became available on their website I jumped on it. Applied and was approved with deposit paid within 2 hours. From that point to the move in day, everything with Sharon (and Liz too) was soooo easy! It was the best leasing process I’ve ever done. The apartment is absolutely perfect in every way, and the community is just incredible. 10/10 would and will recommend Sharon and Ashton oaks to anyone I know looking for a new home.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a while, and while the maintenance team is genuinely great and always quick to respond, the overall experience has been incredibly frustrating—mainly because of the management.

Sharon, in particular, has been consistently rude and dismissive whenever I’ve tried to address concerns. Any issue I bring up is met with attitude and a lack of care, making it feel like my concerns are an inconvenience rather than something worth addressing.

On top of that, there are cracks in the ceiling that seem to get worse over time. I’ve mentioned this to management, but again, zero urgency or effort to resolve the problem.

To make matters worse, parking is an absolute nightmare. There’s never enough space, and it feels like they’ve crammed in as many units as possible without considering how residents are supposed to park.

It’s a shame because the maintenance staff really does their job well, but management (specifically Sharon) brings down the entire experience of living here. Would not recommend unless you’re okay dealing with dismissive and unprofessional behavior from the people running the place, plus constant parking headaches.

I have lived here almost a year. I had a 1 bed 1 bath that I moved into with a 10 month lease. Just renewed for a 12 month lease and transferred to a 2 bed 2 bath. Very safe community. Maintenance is aweseome, even helped me when my car had a dead battery. Sharon in the front office is amazing as well and always helps me with anything I need quickly. The apartments are clean and well maintained. I feel very safe here. Love the location, close to Tampa but also not in a super crowded area. My only complaint would be that there isn’t enough parking. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to live!

I moved here in February and I never want to leave! The best apartments I’ve lived at in all my years and the staff, they are awesome! The maintenance team is great! Kalev and I never want to leave and you won’t either! Tell them Kalev sent you 🥰

I've been here since November 2023 and it has been fantastic! The grounds are well kept, my little one absolutely loves the pool area! There is a toy bin there for the kids with pool toys in it as well as a cabana room to escape the sun with a full food area in it. Liz and Sharon have been amazing from moving in to answering any question you have during the whole process. The maintenance team is also very good. Issues are fixed as fast as possible and they communicate very well through the whole process.
The neighbors are all very friendly and all the children here are very respectful.
I love how it is set back from the main road and very peaceful. There is even a dog area and a playground for the kiddos as well! I like the valet trash! Lol
They have community events, food truck Fridays and holiday dinners in the main building for everyone here!
Move here! You will not regret looking into Ashto Oaks.

My name is Gary and I live in Building E. These apartments have literally been a blessing. Liz in the front office is beyond amazing..from the events she’s throws to the way she manages the property. Ivan is an exceptional maintenance supervisor. His attention to detail and knowledge make it to where the problems he fixes, are fixed for good. I also love how he plays with the cats that live in the area, he’s such a humanitarian. Needless to say, I plan on staying here a very long time.

We have enjoyed living here for a little over a month now and we feel lucky to have found it. Everyone is friendly, management and maintenance are great! It’s really a rare find tucked away surrounded by beautiful trees. If you are looking for an apartment definitely check out Ashton Oaks!
