Terrible !!! experience nunca había pasado tanto tiempo llamando a Avianca, para que me aclaren todas las mentiras que le dicen a uno en esta agencia, primero me cambiaron mis tickets de size Large a size S sin mi autorización, y me dicen que Avianca me dejo sin equipaje por restricciones del Covid, increíble,,hoy llamo de nuevo, a la agencia me dicen que lo van a solucionar, me envían los tickets y no aparece nada de equipaje, solo la diferencia del cambio de tickets, llamo de nuevo a Avianca, 1 hora esperando ? y para que me digan que mis tickets siguen igual un size S y ese valor solo aparece en un papel , porque Avianca necesita un Voucher de la agencia para yo poderlo usar ,,,increíble después de haber pagado unos tickets bien costosos, tengo que comprar, mis maletas de nuevo porque esta gente lo roba a uno de frente woww quédense con el dinero, yo me quedo con la mala experiencia, muchas gracias por no ayudar a solucionar nada, como les dije esta mañana , el comentario anterior lo borre esperando una solución pero al ver la falta de seriedad de ustedes aquí les dejo este comentario. No se preocupen demasiado por los clientes !!!!!
