This golf course and resort was different than I was expecting. I was expecting a very commercialized high end facility and feel. What I found was a very well kept, clean facility without all the fancy frills. Just a down home hotel, club house and golf course.

The golf course was amazing. I played it 2/1, which is about 5 weeks before the PGA tournament. It is not is tournament shape, but getting there. The greens were running a bit slow. The fairways and rough are immaculate. The caddies were some of the best I have had. Ask for Ryan if you go. He was really great.

The layout and design are great. Standing on the tee box of #6 and looking at the tee show the Bryson hit was out of this world. Still can’t believe he actually pulled that shot off. WOW!

For me, this is not a destination golf course, but when I am in Orlando it is a must do.

There's too much to say about Bay Hill. The lodge, the staff, the members and the golf...it's all a class act. The great experience began with Sonya who completed our reservations and made the stay smooth as silk. Then the lessons with John...they were worth their weight in gold! Thanks John. Chris, at the Bay Window, made every meal an added pleasure, we never stopped laughing. Raphie, our caddy for both days was a fantastic. (Looking forward to the next loop with you.) Then there's the incomparable Rick. Sir, you are the best at what you do! I don't know what more I can say, Rick. Bay Hill is obviously a great place for golf, it's history is everwhere but it feels like so much more than that. You feel immersed in the experience. It's worth every golf nickel you spend and I believe the memories will last a lifetime. I only wish I could have met Arnie, but such is life. Thanks for the memories!

I want to share what a great time we had at Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club! Magical Memories Entertainment brought our Photo Booth, Comedy Juggler, and Stand-up Magic Show, and it was a total blast!

The staff was fantastic, super friendly and professional. They really made sure our team had everything we needed to put on an amazing event. You can tell they’re all about making sure their members have fun and every event is a success, which really showed in how they supported us.

Historic and legendary golf course. Wonderful service. Only complaint is that they do not have an ATM on site. That should be an easy fix.

GREAT golf course experience, poor lodge experience. Having read all of the other positive reviews retroactively, I'm shocked that my experience seems isolated. I'll try to give benefit of the doubt with the staff just coming off a week of hosting the Arnold Palmer Classic, but I didn't feel very welcome at the club. Outside of my caddie, the bellman, and the hostess at the Bay Window, who were very welcoming and friendly, I felt like an inconvenience during my stay. The front desk associates seemed a bit cold and distant. If you plan on eating lunch on the day of your check-out, be sure to do so prior to checking out or you'll be out of luck. You're unable to pay with a card in the restaurants. I'm sure there's a reason for a policy like this, but it seems a bit unwelcoming. Long story short, I'd love to play the course again, but not sure the pros outweigh the cons.

I went for dinner only and it was great, The plates where delicious and very well presented. Service was great for a table of 9. Would recommend. Pricing is a bit expensive but worth it.

Our recent stay at Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club and Lodge on October 7-8 was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable experience.

What truly stood out was the exceptional attention to detail and personalized service provided by the entire team, especially Food and Beverage. They went above and beyond to make my boyfriend's 30th birthday celebration extra special, with thoughtful touches and genuine care that left a lasting impression.

Our stay was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and luxury. The dining experiences were exquisite, the surroundings stunning, and the service impeccable. Our room was surprisingly comfortable, and we had no problem getting a great night's rest before playing golf the next morning.

I want to extend our deepest gratitude to the entire staff for their dedication to making our stay truly exceptional. Bay Hill Club and Lodge has earned its esteemed reputation because of the exceptional people who work tirelessly to ensure their guests feel cherished.

Thank you for adding that extra layer of magic to our stay, and we look forward to returning in the near future. Bay Hill Club and Lodge is, without a doubt, a gem that we will always treasure.

This was our third time staying at Bay Hill for the 4th of July and we loved it as always! We had a very quiet and spacious room and really appreciated the care that they have taken to ensure that hotel room doors close softly with no slamming! The bathroom had double sinks, a tub with a nice rainfall shower, and Arnold Palmer's signature toiletries. |Anna and Rick at the front desk made us feel so very welcome! They were both helpful in outlining our many dining options and other amenities. Rick took care of our luggage for us as well as bringing us ice and making sure we had everything we needed to get settled in our room.|Now on to the dining: The Bay Window Bar and Restaurant is where we had "lite bites" in the afternoon followed by dinner. The chicken wings with the Palmer's blue cheese dressing are not to be missed! The service was terrific and we want to acknowledge and thank Max, Sofie, Cassidy and Vanessa for really spoiling us during our stay!|Their wine list (book actually) is extensive and prices range from reasonable to high end. The best deal we found was a bottle of La Crema Pinot Gris (nice light white wine not to be confused with Pinot Grigio) for $30.00. This is one of the best values in Central Florida!|We loved every minute, every bite and every sip and can't wait to go back!|
