My childhood friend and I visit Colorado every year and seek a new adventure each time we come. This year we decided to try white water rafting and we are so glad we found Arkansas River Tours!

As first time rafters we had some nerves that were quickly calmed once we met the staff and went through the safety lesson.

Our raft guide, Keane, was great! He was super personable and had a great sense of humor all while making us feel completely safe. He helped us maneuver through the rapids while sharing some fun facts about the Arkansas River and made sure we had a great experience!

We cannot recommend Keane and this company enough and are already looking forward to our next visit! 🙂

Julian was the BEST tour guide! Ethan was amazing as well we had an absolute blast! I didn't catch our kayak guides name nor the other gentleman but it was honestly the experience of a life time! We can't wait to come back next June!?

Had an amazing experience with river rafting. Humble staff accommodated our last minute request. Austin was an amazing host , kept us entertained with his life stories and worked extremely hard to ensure we had a great time. Will certainly recommend coming back.

Our family had a fantastic time! Erick was our guide and we had so much fun with him! But all the guides were fun to hang out with! Our photos turned our great too! We even asked the guides for a recommendation on where to go to lunch afterwards and it was fantastic also! We are already planning our next trip back!

Kyle was an awesome guide! We were looking for adventure and wanted to raft the Gorge, but the water was too high. So, Kyle made sure to give us a great experience on the Arkansas River. He had a calm voice and gave great directions as we paddled our way through great waves. Kyle was a great guide and highly recommend him!

We had so much fun on this whitewater rafting trip ! We had a 7 year old & a 70 year old (my hubby). I’m not going to lie both of us were nervous, our guide EMMA was excellent & informative. Would definitely do this again. Emma made sure we all knew exactly what to do and felt safe and secure. This was loads of fun and totally worth it !

We had so much fun with E-Man on Big Horn trip, we had to go again but went on Royal Gorge trip with Sam and Brandon. We’re hooked and can’t wait to come back. E-Man has like 44 years experience in rafting and gave great instruction. We also enjoyed his stories. Brandon and Sam were amazing too. They team up very well and ensure everyone has so much fun. We were in Sam’s boat. She’s an absolute fire cracker! Her enthusiasm can’t be contained and really made this experience so much fun. She and Brandon are also very skilled at rafting down the river. If you book, book twice…cause you’ll want to come back! Ps…almost forgot another important part; our drivers Jerry and “can’t remember name but maybe starts with T and she’s very nice” made us feel very safe heading towards launch sites and Austin gave great instruction pre-trip. If you’re looking for exciting experience BUT also feel safe in good hands, book here.
