Would give zero stars if I could. Renting property or equipment as a business practice means that the owner has a duty and responsibility for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of said property and equipments. Should a previous renter damage them, it’s the owners responsibility to implement a security deposit policy and fine the renter, then fix or replace the damage. Failing to do this makes you quite literally a SLUMLORD. Attached below are how the chairs we ordered for an elegant baby shower. To say we are disappointed and disgusted by this company and their customer service is a gross understatement. Avoid at all costs if you are seeking vendors for an elevated aesthetically pleasing event.

I recently used Arcadia Party Rentals for a wedding reception at my home. Rene's knowledge of what size tables, tablecloths, etc. were appropriate was extensive. I made changes to the order along the way and whoever I spoke with was accommodating and sent a follow-up e-mail with the changes quickly. Everything arrived the day before; nothing was left out of the order. I requested an early pick up of items the day after and it was honored. I would recommend this company. Everyone - from the office staff to the deliverymen - are friendly, professional and responsive.

Worst customer service ever I confirmed it and they canceled 2 days before my event .Because they said they never got my email confirmation even though I confirmed over the phone and they admitted they got the email wrong I called to say once again did not get an email and they did not respond she calls the next day saying there booked since they didn't get a respond to the email... The Email that I never got!
