Anna Marie helped me and my husband plan our wedding in May 2023 and she more than delivered in providing excellent service. Our first call with her was a breath of fresh air as we were both lost in how to plan our special day joining two families on the opposite coasts! Every step of the way she guided us in what to do and was always available for any questions or concerns we had. She and her team were consistently professional and most importantly she is a great listener! She helped us make our wedding not only perfect for our guests but also for us! Her team took care of all the details so that we could enjoy our day to the fullest. I would always recommend her and her team to anyone seeking help in wedding planning. She treated us like family and we will always be grateful for the incredible wedding day she helped create. Thank you!!!

Anna Marie did an awesome job coordinating our wedding day of! She made sure that everything was set up how we wanted it and ran the show so we didn’t have to worry. For planning leading up to the wedding, Anna Marie was not as helpful as we hoped but we are also really on top of things so we were able to do all the planning on our own. We would have liked a little more help or advice on keeping to our budget. The main planning help Anna Marie gave us was access to AislePlanner, a wedding planning software tool we could use to track vendors, our budget, a checklist, etc. She suggested a few vendors that we didn’t end up going with but her floral connection was amazing, super affordable and we loved the flowers. Overall we would recommend Anna Marie if you are primarily looking for a month/ day of coordinator, but if you need lots of help with the actual planning process then you might have better luck elsewhere.

Hiring AR Weddings N Events was the best decision we made for coordinating our Wedding Day. We communicated mostly with Owner Anna Marie. She was responsive and reassured us of her team’s commitment to carry out our vision and help us feel like a guest at our own wedding.

By the venue walkthrough, we met with both Anna Marie and Stacie. It was there we met Stacie who would be managing our wedding on the day of.

From rehearsal to the day of the wedding Stacie took care of us! She was professional, attentive, and checked in on us often. We had A LOT of decorations to set up but Stacie with the help of Kristine, another AR wedding manager, executed our vision beautifully. Stacie ran our day smoothly and played a huge role in making it an unforgettable night. From set up to tear down, she reassured us that she would handle it and our only job was to enjoy our wedding day. Hire AR Weddings N Events for your next BIG event!

Anna was so great to work.. she was the coordinator for our wedding in sonoma and she managed it so well. She was on top of all the timelines and managed the day seamlessly. She was very responsive on emails and had very good recommendations for vendors. She is really patient and would handle any chaos with ease. She handled all the set up and tear down so well that we dint have to worry about it all.. it was like we were guests at our own wedding. I would highly recommend Anna to be a part of your special day !!

We hired Anna Marie Rubio through AR Weddings N Events and she was the most incredible wedding planner. My husband and I have very busy lives and through a COVID engagement we had very limited time to waste planning and organizing our wedding. Anna Marie recommended the venue and our photographer that we ended up choosing, and it was honestly the most perfect day. I never could have imagined a wedding of this caliber, organization, and detailed planning. I felt like we barely had to put in any work, all we had to do was answer questions and decide what we did and didn't want. She was flexible with using her own vendors and ones we wanted, always getting the BEST prices. I trusted her completely and I am recommending her to coworkers and friends in the future. I cannot say enough good things about her and this group.

We loved working with AnnaMarie! We were lucky enough to spend more time with her in the planning process because our wedding was delayed in 2020 due to the pandemic. She was very attentive to details, helped execute the wedding we envisioned, and always reassured us that we would get through all of the planning and get to just enjoy the day without any worries! Thanks to her and her staff (including 3rd party bartenders), we got to truly enjoy every moment of the day and had raving reviews from our guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been too!

Anna Marie was amazing. She helped us with finding great vendors within our price budget. She guided us through the pros and cons of different wedding plans and was just an all around positive person to work with. Anna Marie was straight with us, telling us insights and considerations with full honesty.
On the day of, she helped take care of everything. We didn't have to worry about a thing. She has great ideas to help make the wedding day more enjoyable and relaxing. She is like a ninja on the day of, there when you need anything, but blended in when you were busy enjoying everything.
