I understand that the weather isn’t anybody’s fault and it can’t be controlled, however I’m pretty confident that they new how windy and how bad and choppy the ocean was going to be today. There were double red flags all over the beaches, but they still booked us for today. They don’t offer reschedules or refunds so we had to go in the ocean with a 4 year old and a 6 months old wearing a REALLY filthy life jacket. We spent $245+ to get wet and be really cold in the same spot for the whole 2 hours to see a few dolphins, no shell island, ni snorkeling, no swimming, no tour basically. I guess lesson learned. I only giving 3 stars because the captain was friendly and polite, but other than that, the experience was highly disappointing.

We had a blast yesterday. Saw dolphins, shell island and of course our captain's were totally rad! Would do this everyday if I could. Sending love to you guys always from Michigan. ✌🏼🫶🏼
