Ordered nachos and they were disgusting. Tried to pick up a chip and it all came out like a brick. Was not edible. 50.00 wasted. Doordash would not refund my order even with the below picture 😒

Picked up Togo this evening and Maddie and Amber were extremely pleasant to deal with! The customer service I recieved was exceptional it is rare to find young people who take such pride in providing good service. My order was accurate and out fast so I definitely will be returning!

Rarely greeted and usually takes multiple minutes to be acknowledged. There is a stench upon walking in as well as in the bathrooms. Floors are dirty, tables and seats are sticky, mold all over the ceiling “due to a recent leak” according to the manager. He said they were trying to figure out the stink in the bathroom and had a plumber coming out sometime soon. Should NOT be serving food there until these situations are controlled and fixed. Literal MOLD was above my table on the ceiling due to “the leak last week”. Maybe consider closing until the areas can be treated to keep customers SAFE.

Now the reason for my Atmosphere rating is likely due to me being there during peak hours so that's on me. Really crowded but not in a bad way for me personally. Service was fantastic, nothing to complain on that part. The food however gets 4 stars only because my wife's salmon was overcooked. Aside from all that I had a wonderful time here!!!

Brandon is the best server I’ve ever had. Had ordered the endless wings (so lots of extra work for him) but he was beyond prepared and anticipated my every need. Def going to be asking to sit in his area anytime in here.

It was such a pleasurable experience with Shayla behind the bar. Stopped in for lunch and beverages. It could have been an amazing experience had the owner opted to turn the heat on. When our state opens up "cold" shelters for our homelessness, no person should have to work in such cold conditions either. EVERY customer in the restaurant was wearing their coat while eating 🤔 NOT OKAY! I did snap some photos for proof, but out of respect for those patrons, I will not post them. Please take care of your staff so they can take care of your customers properly!! If nothing more, please be concerned with the comfort of your patrons. That is how the bills get paid.

Applebee's on Little Road is the perfect spot for a fun and tasty outing! I visited with my "hat lady group," and we had an absolute blast. The food was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that everyone enjoyed. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our experience was top-notch. We even took a group photo to capture the moment! I highly recommend Applebee's for a great time with friends. It's a fantastic place to enjoy good food and great company.

I wish they would expand or change up the appetizer menu and side options. My appetizer sampler came out cool. The cheese wasn't even melted. I didn't want to complain because our server was so nice, but it wasn't a value for the quality.
