What a joke. I called this travel agent to get information for someone wanting to go to Japan. Was told the person would be back in the store in a week and a half they was in Japan at that Time.
Called back again and asked if I could make a appointment with a travel agent to discuss the Japan trip to let them know what my friend was looking for. I would call it a preliminary meeting.
Sue was supposed to call me baythe next day. No call I called again she said she was busy and would call me back the beginning of the next week. Well guess what. You guest it no call.this place is a joke and don't recommend it. You want the money but not want to put in the time. According to Googlesue is 78 years old. Probably time for her to hang up the business

We used them on our Honeymoon and the guy was Awesome at first but had us going to Australia without ever telling us about having to get Visas which is very difficult in Australia. We had it booked and paid for plane tickets ect. Then had to cancel and go to another place. Lost a bunch of money and he ended up being very unprofessional. Never Again, not this place. PLUS look below they will put personal info on the internet of their clients SMH very professional

My wife and I have used Metro travel for many trips over the years. They are always very professional, and we have not ever had an issue with any of our bookings. They are very thorough and dot all the i's and cross all the T's. If you are planning your trip of a lifetime you are at the right spot!

Call and left messages and never received a return phone call. Spoke to a lady and she said Jerry was on phone, and he would call back. Never heard back. Finally spoke to Jerry, and he acted like I was wasting his time, and was very rude. Will never call this agency again.

Made an appointment for 9am the day before. Upon arrival was told we couldn't be seen. The lady there didn't seem interested in helping us very much. We left and was able to be seen right away at another travel agency.
