Consistently they went above and beyond without a second thought. They made our wedding day so insanely special and I will never be able to thank them enough! Missy, you are a treasure! Any bride would be lucky to have you by their side!

If you have a vision of exactly what you want for your wedding and just want someone to help implement it, this is the wedding planner for you. If you need help coming up with ideas, locations, or vendors, or have no interest in being involved with the day-to-day details of your wedding or event, look elsewhere. I made clear that I wanted a planner to essentially take all the stress of planning a wedding so I could show up to enjoy myself. Instead I was called at work nearly every day with some issue to deal with, nickled-and-dimed over everything (my wedding ended up being twice my budget), and in the end she double-booked and couldn't be at my wedding or reception so things were still wrong. She did connect me with the best florist. But our wedding photographer wasn't great. Because he's her husband I was assured he didn't need a shot-list. As a result many of the photos I wanted didn't get taken. We gave her staff all the items for welcome bags (which weren't made) and toiletries for the venue's facilities (which weren't put out), and I had to find out from guests afterwards that neither thing was done. And (probably the thing I am the most upset about) I was told one of her assistants would handle the guest book, so I specifically didn't assign someone to be in charge. Maybe 10 of the 150 people signed. No one bothered to ask the guests or inform them where it was, so we have almost nothing. My husband literally hates the memory of our wedding, because the planning process was so awful.

I could probably talk all day and Missy and her entire team. If there's one thing I can say about them it's perfection. It's what they strive for at every event. And if you spend any amount of time on this page or their website you'll clearly see that the events they put together are some of the best you'll ever see. From start to finish Missy is amazing! Just be careful because once you hire her you'll need to hire her for all of your events. But I promise you won't regret it!

I have known Missy for years as a fellow wedding professional/personal friend-family, and as of recently, as a bride! Since we were planning our Virginia wedding picnic reception for my American loved ones from England, there was no question that we needed a local wedding coordinator on our team because we had already been through a UK wedding that changed a few times due to pandemic restrictions, immigration, and everything else life threw at us. I was exhausted, my British husband didn't know the U.S. wedding world and just wasn't able to help, so we knew we needed someone that knew me/our story/my style, understood what we needed practically speaking (especially for a unique outdoor picnic format), and would execute event plans without my having to micro-manage or follow up on things. With a tired brain and a 5 hours' time zone difference, all those things were imperative!

Missy and her crew (Katrina and Danielle) were given full reign over our event, and they didn't miss a beat at any time. Leading up to the picnic day and the actual day of, they made sure everyone/everything was well cared for, helped us connect the vendor dots, was attentive to our budget, and made last minute changes when some logistics unexpectedly shifted.

And being in a pandemic, the ACE ladies were kind, thoughtful, and did everything they could to keep our loved ones safe and healthy by wearing masks when interacting with our guests and social distancing while still keeping an eye on everything if anyone needed anything.

My husband and I were so grateful for ACE's professionalism, attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and day-of making it happen. Basically everything you would want in a wedding coordinator! I literally didn't have one thing to worry about, and for that, both Robert and I will forever be appreciative. ❤️

if I can say anything about Missy & her team, it’s perfection.

I’ve been an assistant to a wedding planner for 5 years. so I’ve seen the in’s & out’s of the planning process & execution of a wedding. I reached out to Missy with nothing, other than the fact that I wanted to get married in Hawai’i. Missy jumped right in, feet first & went running. I could not of had a better planning experience. she heard everything I was saying & talked me through the whole thing. fast forward to my outdoor Hawaiian wedding & it’s POURING. not just pouring, like aerial flooding pouring. plans changed in an instant. Missy came to Hawai’i with only one assistant, her beloved, whom we adore. they spent 14 +hrs in the rain & high humid once the sun finally came out for me & my husband. for our love story. I look back on the whole thing, the whole year we spent planning & I smile. not only did my wedding look exactly like I envisioned (even after the change of plans. thanks rain) but I gained some of the best memories. I will miss my dates with Missy & our weekly emails. this lady & her team did an AMAZING job. I couldn’t recommend them more.
