Fuimos por primera vez a esta agencia y todo muy bien con los duenos y su atencion. Pero no hay buena comunicacion cuando no estan los duenos. llamamos por teléfono para saber cuando llegarian los paquetes y nos contestaron super mal sin ninguna educacion y hasta colgaron el teléfono, insistian con el nombre de una persona que ni conocemos. El paquete llego bien sin problemas pero no regreso mas por el mal trato de la persona que contesto, identificada como la hija de la duena y que era abogada, necesitas un poco mas de educacion y menos altaneria.

La peor experiencia que he tenido enviando paquetes.Parece mentira que sean cubanas igual que una.No respetan el tiempo,dinero y esfuerzo que supone mandar algo para tus seres queridos.
Muy mala atención,0 comunicación y muy poco profesionales.
