Upon arrival the property manager came to our condo for us to sign papers. He immediately gave us all the information we needed and also gave us restaurant recommendations. He was so helpful! Our girls thoroughly enjoyed the pool! It was always clean. The property was just as it looked in the pictures! Even though we got evacuated due to hurricane Helene half way through our trip we still had the best time. They were very on top of giving us all the information we needed to know prior to and after the hurricane. We can’t wait to hopefully come back to this condo soon!

This was our first time booking with Anna Maria Vacations since we’ve been coming the last 19 years and we will definitely be booking with them again. We stayed at Independence Day which was a beautiful home! Our favorite property to date!!! It was a seamless check in & check out. Customer Service was top notch. We’ll be back next summer!

This cottage was perfect! We loved being able to walk out our door and have the beach right there. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable with a view of the water through multiple windows. The shower had great water pressure with plenty of hot water. The rental company was easy to work with and friendly. There were chairs for the beach which we appreciated. We thoroughly enjoy our stay here.

Probably our most favorite rental over the 15+ years we’ve been coming to Anna Maria Island. The furnishings and decor were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked for any type of meals. Beach amenities helped make the walk a breeze with the wagon! The only downfall (which was quickly overlooked because of all the pluses it had to offer) was that you had to use the circular stairwell to get to the pool area and no entrance to main living area from garage or game room. We offer only a few suggestions to make things a little easier for the next vacationers. Having an insert in the booklet with more instructions on both TVs (inside and outside) and the hot tub seemed to take over 30 minutes to actually get warm so it might be nice to mention that for reference. Other than that, we would definitely choose to return.

Away To Play is a very nice home located 200 yards from the beach. The interior is well done and gives you an "at home" feeling. Housekeeping did a good job as the home was very clean upon entering. The central vacuum system is handy for mid-month self-cleaning during long stays. We experienced some chilly weather during our stay and the central heating system performed remarkably well. Anna Maria Vacations is extremely transparent and easy to communicate with. We have already made a 2026 rental rent thru Anna Maria Vacations. We highly recommend Anna Maria Vacations and Away to Play is a top choice rental.

The house was very clean & comfortable. Beds & furniture very nice. Loved the safety feature on the door leading to the pool as our grandson was with us. The location was great & we walked to restaurants & coffee shops. Easy walk to the beach with the wagon supplied at the house.We would be happy to return!

The house was great! Very clean and roomy! So close to the beach! I loved how close we were! There were even beach chairs and a wagon for the beach! The kids loved the water slide! It got used plenty! There was an extra fridge in the garage also, great plus! We were very glad to not have to pack all the beach towels as they were provided! A washer and dryer are always a must have when we rent they also got used plenty! There are just a few minor reasons I wouldn’t give a 5 star review. The house is plenty big enough for the 12 people and then some but the living and pool areas could use more seating! There is room for another sofa in the living room and bar stools in the kitchen. It was hard for all of us to hang out together in one room for lack of seating. Also maybe an outdoor sofa by the pool. The trees could use some trimming allowing more sun in the back yard. One last thing.. if there were some sort of rug or bamboo rug near the doors from the pool the floor got very slippery. These maybe personal preference but they would have made a 5 star review in my opinion.

The Blue Oasis house fit our needs perfectly! It was decorated very cute and was clean upon arrival. It had everything we needed for a great stay. We did have a couple of items needing repair (broken shower head and window) noted upon checkin but they had someone out to evaluate the next day. The company was attentive and helpful when we contacted them. The pool is a little small but it was fine for the 3 of us to relax in after a day at the beach. The washer and dryer are handy to have as well. It’s 0.25mi from front door to the ocean (access 55th street) and had a cart available for use which was nice. We walked to Dominoes our first night and to the Ugly Grouper for dinner done night. It’s also close to shopping and food if you want to walk instead of drive. There were some sand toys if you have little ones. My only advice would be to have higher thread count sheets from the laundry service as ours were rough even the first night with no sun exposure. Would stay there again regardless and we’ve used AMV (or a sister company) for all our rentals for several years with no problems and excellent service!
