One Day More Rental-This house was so spacious and the back yard could not be beat. The pool, hot tub, multiple seating and lounging areas were fantastic. This was our first time renting through Anna Maria Life Vacation rentals and they were great. I had a few questions about the house after booking but before we checked in, and they were so accessible and nice on the phone. Our flights changed and we were able to arrive a day early which was great. When we called to let them know we would need propane soon, they delivered it right away. This speedy and pleasant service can't be beat. This house had bikes in the garage and was a short walk from the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathrooms are lovely, beds and linens comfy and it was very clean and professionally decorated. I look forward to renting here again!

The house was great! Easy to access, clean, spacious and well stocked! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The back deck was great and the pool was the perfect addition! The in-law, upstairs was great too. Well stocked and private. Fun and more rentals delivered umbrellas and bikes within a hour and picked up without charge. The best, 2 block walk to the beach! Easy to get back and forth throughout the day. Lastly the most amazing sunsets you’ll ever see! Better than the Caribbean!!! Go!!!!

Stayed at the salty margarita in September 2024. Was evacuated due to the hurricane which is unfortunate but things happen. During the evacuation process my wife left a couple items. We reported it the same day we evacuated with descriptions and location of where the items would be. We happily would pay the $20 labor charge to grab them and the shipping cost to get them back. However the items were “unable to be located” don’t know who has access to the properties but the company should really take a look at who they are hiring if they can just walk off with other peoples property with no repercussions. Won’t be using the company again based on this experience. Sad that a unfortunate situation could only get worse.

We stayed at Banyan Beach - such a beautiful home! One of our most favorite vacation rentals ever. The backyard pool, outdoor kitchen, putting green, etc is amazing - we spent so much time out there! A VERY quick walk to a lovely, quiet beach! Everything about the inside of the house is top of the line. The spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, super clean, and well stocked! Working with Anna Maria Life was seamless and so very convenient. We hope to return soon!

Our visit was the week of Thanksgiving '24 and the first stay in a property since the Helene/Milton hurricanes. Our original reservation was damaged/unavailable. We were offered replacement options and went with one that turned out great. We had some glitches with a couple of (hurricane-related) maintenance items and AMLVR was very quick to respond and resolve (within hours). The maintenance guy told us everything five feet and below was replaced from the flood damage. The kitchen was very well stocked with tools. The one thing lacking were the consumables that previous renters might leave behind (foil, oil, detergent, etc.) but no blame here since we were the first back in the house. I would recommend AMLVR to friends and look forward to using them in the future. They did an exceptional job under terrible circumstances.

I will never book through Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals again.

I unfortunately noticed prices drop the closer the date is (that's if you want to take the risk and even try to book through them) When you book far ahead the prices are significantly higher which I unfortunately did.

After a 3 our flight ride and 1 hour drive to the house we unpacked our luggage and 2 kids (2 years old and a 4 month old) from the car and noticed our house code didn't even work. After sitting out in the hot sun, with no way in and attempting to reachout to Anna Maria Life we finally got ahold of someone who gave us a different code and said someone would be out the next day to fix the problem/door. The numbers on the code were random in sometimes they would work and sometimes not work making it very frustrating trying to get in the house everytime we left.

The house was unfortunately not very clean and I noticed shards of glass on the living room rug. My son had cut his leg from one of these shares of glass during our stay (I am assuming from something shattering prior to our stay) that was never properly cleaned or picked up. Having a 4 month old learning to crawl I was scared to put the baby down and had to personally clean and vacuum the living room (something no one should have to do on their vacation).

Lastly, after staying 5 out of our 10 days booked we were told we had to leave the home due to the storm and was told the water was going to be shut off. We left as we were mandated to do. After being forced to leave and not being able to fufill our vacation (which was not cheap!) we got ahold of Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals and they told us they would not give us any compensation, credit or return any amount of money back to us. Other friends of ours who booked other homes through VRBO were compensated and received a credit for the days they missed out on. I was told through Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals "our management team is firmly standing on our rental agreement. VRBO and Airbnb customers have different clauses than us due to them booking through a third party".

So my biggest advice is go through a different company including VRBO and Airbnb who actually care about their clients and are fair. Not Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals who have poor customer services and will not work with you.
