This was my first time visiting Andretti's. I came for the F1 event held today April 13, 2025. My son and I Arrived around 9am, we were the 1st people to sit in the sky bar area. We were seated at the 1st table top across from the elevator and slightly off center from TV # 24. We sat there for the entire time we were there. At no time did we receive service or have any interactions with any staff members excluding the check in staff. Everyone around us received service except us. I will never come back to Andretti's. I could understand if they were under staff , but they weren't. And further more for management not to realize that customers did not receive service and were there for over 2 hours is unacceptable.

Very cool experience and concept. Indoor track is pretty neat. Nice banquet halls for functions and the food was pretty tasty. I recommend a different venue in regards to company meetings or birthday parties.

This is such an awesome place to take your kids! i was treated really nicely by the staff. The vibe was great but i wanted to shout out one of the employees that really stood out! Obie really showed that he loves his job and took really good care of my kids on the mini mario track. I would 100% come back here.

Awesome establishment!! Me, my kids (12, 15 & 24), my DIL (24), & a couple of friends planned a family outing for NYE!! We had a blast!! We bought a small attraction/arcade package online to save some money and make it easier to get through the line. There was no wait, it was kept very clean & all the staff we came across were very nice!! It wasn’t too crowded when we got there but it was starting to fill up as we were leaving.
We didn’t get to do everything we had planned because we were late getting there but they did get to do the go karts, arcade & laser tag…they liked the go karts the best!! 🏎️ My friend & I sat in the open bar while the kids played around in the arcade. The food was very good!! The drinks were mediocre, which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I really wanted a piña colada but they weren’t able to make it, which I completely understood!! 🙃
We left very happy! The kids had such a fun time!! We will definitely be going back!!

I recently visited Andretti Indoor Karting & Games and had an amazing time! The facility is top-notch, with multiple tracks catering to different skill levels, making it perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced racers. The arcade is huge and offers a wide variety of games to enjoy. Plus, the food and drink area is spacious and perfect for grabbing a bite or hosting events. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a fun day out! Highly recommend!

It’s April 5th, Systems were down so nothing worked properly. 90% of Arcades work without cards and none of the games have connectivity. Many many of the Arcades broken. All ticket and prize games are down and it looks like it’s been that way. The whole place is running on wrist bracelets. Complete chaos and this place is a nightmare!!! I recommend you don’t come until they get it fixed

This is an absolute experience. The Karting is to notch. Plenty of gaming and a great location with lots to do. We only did 1 race! Should have done more! Make a Rez! The bathrooms were clean staff was nice.

We have gone to Andretti on several occasions (mostly kids birthdays) and we came away thrilled. The latest visit was with family and we had a bunch of teenage kids how love sports cars. It was not a busy day and this allowed them to get into the go kart races without a wait time. We also had them try out the racing simulator at the front entrance. The staff were very helpful to get the kids setup especially for one of them who was shorter and needed a booster seat. The simulator is by far our favorite activity though I wish the time for the simulator race was longer. The arcade games are alright. I'd say if you're more into arcade games Pin stack or Dave and Busters are better options. For racing Andretti is hands down our favorite. In hindsight if you are going to be coming here fairly often with several kids in tow, get the yearly membership for $30. The front desk could do more to publicize this option. The discounts on the games and races will have you breaking even in 2-3 visits.
