I signed up for dry storage here and we had an extremely positive experience so far. Everybody is so friendly and they take good care of us and our boat. All our requests, reasonable or not, are always accommodated with a smile. I had an electrical issue with the boat and was told that to fix it under warranty at the other marina it would take a couple of weeks — but the Anchor Bay crew fixed it in less than a day. The marina has a great vibe, everything is so quiet but efficient, the restaurant plays live music in the evenings — it is simply a pleasure to be there. Such a contrast to the other, more corporate marinas on the lake. Highly recommend this place.

Great service and extremely professional and helpful staff. Yvette is so awesome! She always greet with smile and try to go extra mile for the customers. Boats are brand new and pricing is so much reasonable. I’d strongly recommend Anchor Bay Marina to everyone!!

I have housed my boat at Anchor Bay Marina in dry storage for the last three years. The management team has been superb this last year. My boat was always ready when promised and well taken care of. Yvette has been professional, responsive and always accurate. I have also had a new stereo placed in and maintenance done on my boat and both were done well by trained and certified mechanics and I have had no issues.

Rented a pontoon boat for 10 days upgraded to the 25’ Sanpan.
The people were very friendly and very helpful.
However the boat was not so much. We had to put towels on all the seats do to all the mold and the material was see through there were large cuts in many of the head rests the boat had seen better days. This being there most expensive boat I did have better expectations for the boat.

If I could give less than one star I would. Rented a jet ski and knew I should have stopped the process when the contract says you’ll be charged for towing for any reason, even if it’s at their fault. Rode it for less than an hour and the low fuel alert started going off. Ended up at a local fuel station and they confirmed it was not out of fuel and was smoking and they thought it was about to catch fire. Stuck on the dock at the service station for two hours while they tried to figure out what to do. Finally the kind people at the service station came to our aid to get home. Paid $600 to rent it half a day, expecting a refund for the ridiculous quality of what they rented us. Flash forward two weeks and they charged me $1100 stating we damaged their 20 year old jet ski. 10/10 would not recommend. They are crooks.
