Amy Katz Events helped me plan my daughter’s wedding in NYC. The best decision we made was selecting Amy and her team as our Wedding Planners. Amy and Danika(her assistant) were professional, organized, understanding, friendly and positive throughout the entire process. They were so organized, we had no stress throughout the entire process. They made fabulous recommendations for vendors, hotels and personal assistants(Hair, Makeup, Stylist) on the wedding day. I can’t say enough about how outstanding Amy, Danika and the additional day of assistants-Kathy & Maddie-were to have with us on the Wedding Day. Amy would only accept excellence from all our vendors. Amy & Danika oversaw everything happening in the Ceremony Room, Cocktail Hour Room and Ballroom to ensure everything would be perfect and ensuring our vendors were giving us exactly what we contracted for. Amy is like a Symphony Conductor who doesn’t miss a beat. We couldn’t have had the most fabulous wedding without Amy Katz Events.

We recently worked with Amy Katz Events for our daughter’s wedding in February, and I can’t say enough about how incredible Amy and her team were. Initially, I was hesitant about hiring a wedding planner, but now I would tell anyone to call Amy the minute their child gets engaged!

Planning a wedding, as I’ve learned, can be overwhelming with endless details to manage. Amy streamlined the entire process. She listened to our vision, made thoughtful recommendations, and helped guide us through every decision. Instead of sifting through dozens of venues, bands, photographers, and florists, Amy expertly recommended the ones that best fit our style. She helped us weigh the pros and cons of each choice and ensured we stayed within our budget.

One of the things that stood out most was how much Amy respects her clients’ tastes and choices. Her goal is to help create the wedding of your dreams, and she does so with incredible care and attention.

Amy also assigns each client to a member of her team to help keep things on track. We were paired with Amanda, who was a true godsend. She was endlessly patient, always wore a smile, and no detail was too small for her. Amanda guided us through every decision, even when we found ourselves rethinking certain details, and made the entire process feel almost stress-free.

On the day of the wedding, Amy, Amanda, and their team were at the venue with us, anticipating every need and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Because of them, we were able to fully enjoy the day with our friends and family, knowing all the details were in expert hands.

Without a doubt, hiring Amy Katz Events was the best decision we made for the wedding.

I recently had the pleasure of working on my wedding with Amy Katz Events and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From our very first consultation to the final touches on the big day, she was professional, attentive and extremely organized.

What I really appreciated in her and I hate to be redundant is her professionalism and ability to understand her client and clients specific needs. I’m an extremely busy person she was always on top of us without being to overbearing to make sure everything was done on time.

She takes into consideration our ideas and budget understanding our vision and bringing it to light elevating our ideas, making our wedding seem less and more beautiful then we every imagined . Matter of fact the other day someone came over to me and told me that the wedding was so spectacular that even if someone came and gave them a million dollars to make this wedding better it would be impossible. My now husband and I felt the same way it was truly a fairytale.

Additionally Amy’s calming presence on day of the wedding ensured everything ran smoothly while allowing us to thoroughly enjoy our special day without any stress. She handled any unexpected issues with grace and efficiency giving us piece of mind.

Amy and Amanda provided incredible guidance, help, and support for a year helping us navigate a very overwhelming process.
