Not terrible. A lot of deferred maintenance situations, but the AC worked as did the TV. Two queen size beds. Some grab bars in the shower would be nice. All the staff that I encountered were perfectly pleasant and helpful. If I found myself back in Kingsville, I would consider staying here again.

Room was nasty with very stained carpet and a musty odor. No extra pillows, bare minimum of towels for a 2 night stay. The bed sheets while they looked clean, did not smell clean. We were booked for a 2 night stay but luckily found other accommodations and checked out early. The restroom had dirt and stains on the walls in addition to hair strands in the shower.

THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE. Initially we came here planning to book a room, but we saw a ton of bad reviews so we were skeptical of staying here. We asked to view the room and the indian man at the front desk gave us the card to check the room and the first thing we saw in the room were little cockroaches crawling on floor. We tried checking the mattresses for bed bugs and he tried charging us $10 for undoing the corner of the bed. It doesn't take $10 to remake a bed let alone the corner of the bed. The front desk man was so rude, and the front desk smells horrendous. There is absolutely nothing good about this place. Do not waste your money here, there is a better hotel across the highway.

The only complaint was the pillows were very uncomfortable. But a quick trip to Walmart fixed that issue. Everything else was great for the money. The room was Cleaned well every day. The staff were very nice. The laundry room was great and only a Dollar a load. The pool was sparkling blue. Lots of palm trees and tropical plants everywhere. I would definitely stay there again. I spent 5 days there and didn't want to come back to Dallas

The indian kid at the front was very rude. Me and my friends wanted to check the room before renting it. We found numerous roaches and bugs we checked bedsheets for bedbugs and he tried charging us for “disrupting the bed sheets” we left after that DONT COME HERE NASTY WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE

Positive: None Negative: The rooms are very dirty and smelly. There are a lot of blood stains across the room, and the paint is peeling off. Broken door latch, ripped off black out curtains, rust in the bathroom. Broken shower latch that doesn't work correctly. Smoking in hallway

Was nasty and had rat poop on the beds under the sheets and there was a big hole behind the couch and we saw a rat and we got a refund and not even nice.
