Stayed here for a week in April for a fishing trip, plenty of parking for the boat, they have electric outside to plug into. The room was great, bathroom and shower too. I didn't do the breakfast, not sure if they had it. I stayed at another place in Bonham before, this place was better for the price. Will stay here again.

Room was in rough shape, but its a older hotel can't expect much , you can tell the previous was used to be a smoking room didn't smell like smoke but had the yellowish color on the ceilings slightly overpriced my opinion breakfast was lame with the microwavable pancakes still in the package. Overall wasn't terrible. Best feature was walk-in shower and the heater fan in the shower area.

Great place. You can’t beat the price. Updated rooms, clean, great WiFi, and all tv channels. And don’t forget breakfast. Patrick was very kind and gave me the perfect room for what I needed. 14 minutes to the lake and an 1.5 hour to lake fork. Will be returning.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in. Room was comfortable and the walk in shower was great. From the owners to cleaning staff all were friendly and eager to assist in any way to make your stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect! I am in a well lite corner side of the building parked directly in front of the room. It’s clean, and even the outside areas are well kept. You can instantly tell that the owners really care. They have been extremely polite and accommodating. I would say maybe upgrade the smaller television in the room, as it’s a little small for my preference but Other than that, 10/10!

The staff are very friendly and super helpful!! The rooms are so clean and updated ! Every time we are in the area needing a place to stay this is where we go ! We only intended to stay 2 nights but now we are on our 4th night ! Also good location, off a major highway and within 2 miles of another !
