We were there for a softball tournament and I called two days prior to checking in and confirmed my reservation and I even spoke with the manger and she moved us from a double bed room to a king size bed but when we went to check in the guy at the front desk said he could not find our reservation and he called the manger and she said they could not do anything because they did not have anymore rooms and when I explained to the guy at the front counter that I called and confirmed and spoke with the manger he said I don’t see a reservation for you and then when I asked to talk to the manger he said that I couldn’t do that and he was smiling the entire time about it he thought it was funny so we left from there and found a better hotel that has great customer service and was able to get us a room for the two days we were here for I highly recommend DO NOT stay at this place very rude front desk clerk.

Owner charged my debit card after I told him I wasn't staying here tried to twice but didn't succeed awful rooms burn holes from cigarettes and it's non smoking room what a joke

Rooms are nice cleaning ladies are amazing will go above and beyond for you! They're so sweet and willing to help you with anything! Their cleaning is great as well! Beds are comfortable and I've not seen one bug in my room!! Our room was first floor which is no smoking room!!

We took smoking rooms on second floor. Floor hallways smelled like "trees" mixed with stroganoff. Fine with that.

Rooms were fine but bathroom counters and stuff were child height. Weird.

Coffee and waffle batter ran out an hour after breakfast opened.

For the price they could do better methinks.

Pretty much a great place. Bit noisy, floors in room a bit dirty and the toilet rocked. Could Not ask for kinder service. Bed was comfy but Very squeaky.
