Booked this last minute for an early Valentine’s Day outing with my wife and it was a really good decision. Hugh is great, down to earth, fun, tour guide and is very knowledgeable about the areas history. If you’re hesitant to ride/drive the Arcimoto, he gives you a quick rundown on how to use them, and even lets you test drive it in the surrounding neighborhoods before the actual tour. And it was a blast riding this around town! 10/10 experiences when visiting Amelia island! Definitely will do it again!

A fun way to see what needs to be seen in Fernandina Beach! While you can go it alone, I suggest doing it with Hugh, a personable, helpful guide who knows all the best places to go to make your visit memorable. Bring out your inner “biker” as see far more than you will on foot. Highly recommended! ( But make sure you pick a day when the weather is good!

We booked the one hour board rental on the last Friday in December. Everyone had a great time! It didn't take longer than 10 minutes for all teenagers and adults to get the hang of the remote and very quickly we were cruising down the hard packed sand. Our awesome guide took videos and pictures on a go pro and provided background music while the electric boards moved easily on the beach. I'd certainly recommend this outing for anyone looking for a fun hour on the beach.

THE BEST THING ADVENTURE on the Amelia beach! I rode past so much history that my tour guide Hugh filled me in on. I saw jellyfish, horses, and miles of beach! This tour was so relaxing after the tour I felt at peace! Even got a complimentary water after the excursion.The skateboard was very easy to ride and the suspension on it is superb! You barely feel any of the bumps and rocks from the beach. I’m definitely doing this again and bringing my son! Best money spent!

UPDATE: Brought my son, little cousin, and nephew out to do the skateboard tour! Soooo much fun! The music, the beach, the thrill of the ride is sooo much fun! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And we went during May and also December. Didn’t matter the weather. I will definitely be back! 💯

UPDATE: Back again! This time I did the Arcimoto FUV tour! It’s very similar to the Canaan Sypder. Two wheels in the front and one in the back. I am thankful for the housing similar to a go kart, the heated seats, and the heated handlebars. Weather was a solid 58 degrees but I couldn’t tell. Very comfortable and quick ride. Easy intro on how to use the vehicle in the parking lot and around the block. The tour was very informative (Fernandina Beach). I learned about some of the Tour highlight spots:

Every tour is catered and slightly different so you may or may not go to all or completely different places. Hugh was the tour guide so you know this was a 5 star experience! Definitely will be back!

The best!!! We took our whole crew of 13 from ages 9 to 40 and every single one of us had an absolute BLAST! Hugh was fantastic, we had so much fun cruising to music and soaking in the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island! The pictures and videos he captured of us are sooo beautiful and will forever be treasured! This is an absolute must do when you are here! We can’t wait to do it again when we come next time!!!

Hugh was amazing. We remained in constant communication pre and post experience! First booking got rained out and he promptly refunded (100%). Second booking was super last minute and he accommodated us within 2 hours of the request, SAME DAY! Weather couldn't have been better so it worked out great! Kids had a blast. Husband had TOO much fun and wanted another round. Will DEFINITELY do again!

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our son Logan's birthday on New Year's day. We rode electric skateboards on the beach and Arcimotors around the city. Our tour guide Hugh was awesome and made the experience very fun. He did an excellent job of instructing us on how to ride both the skateboards and Arcimotors. He took us around the city and provided us with lots of information and history of the town. He took pictures and videos of our amazing experience! I highly recommend this experience for anyone that wants to do something cool in Amelia Island. I can't wait to come back at some point in the future!
