Wowww!!! Ambrosia did such a wonderful job with our wedding ceremonies and reception. We had two ceremonies. We did our florals through them, which they were able to repurpose between ceremonies. We also were able to rent everything we needed through Ambrosia too! We worked mostly with Oscar and Meriah - they are the dream team!! Communication was always fast and they made the breakdown of our invoice very easy to understand. They really transformed the space and the setup for everything was more beautiful than we could have even imagined.

Sept of 2023, 10 months before the wedding, I find and hire Roxanne Larson from Ambrosia Events. We speak and E-mail about our wishes for wedding and share many many photos.

Roxanne acknowledges my e-mail and several other budget reminders during the next 2 months
Oscar and Roxanne early on come out to the property and review all details of what we want. They provide no pricing or budget concerns.
Early 2024 ( I am now out of the country till May), we are informed Roxanne is no longer with the company
April 2024( less the 3 month before the wedding) we have a zoom call with Oscar and new planner
I believe the whole lighting and design concept billed out just under 30K
When I mentioned my firm budget of 10K, Oscar lectured me for 10 minutes on all he and team would need to do.
At the end of the day after the bride is forced to cut away many design features she wanted, purchased many things herself and I return in May to create several features for her. Ambrosias slashed responsibilities is still almost 8K over budget.
The new planner ( totally separate cost , which I agreed to ) arrives day of wedding with no assistance and 160 guests arriving on a windy lake. Lots of other small but important things did not get done correctly. So, beware of how and when they give you exact costs. And also be aware they charge to bring ladders to hang lights that they are paid to hang, salt to the wound for me:(

Ambrosia Events and Oscar Sanchez did an amazing job helping us transform a large space into a magical and beautiful area. We gave him our vision and what we were thinking, and he and his team pulled it together working with another event designer/decorations company. We especially loved our custom designed history displays and green walls. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Oscar also provided linens, chairs, table decorations and soft seating sections. Hired Ambrosia Events last minute for my wedding centerpieces, flower bouquets and chair covers. Last minute as in two weeks before the big day! Worked with Oscar and he was very nice to work with. The event turned out great - beautiful flowers! Oscar was present at the venue meeting beforehand and came on time and delivered all services on time and professionally. Highly recommend.

We decided a couple months before our wedding that we wanted additional decor and greenery. We knew it might be a long shot finding a vendor so close to our event date but as soon as we contacted Ambrosia, we knew we were in good hands. Olivia had the best communication and attention to detail and was able to give us excellent recommendations for our decor needs. And Oscar worked MAGIC in designing (and building on site!) the most elegant and glamorous greenery/draping for the huge outdoor gazebo at Pere Marquette Park for our ceremony. It was truly the perfect backdrop for our wedding. The inside of our venue was so dreamy as well with the additional greenery added to the stairwells and railings. They also communicated and coordinated extremely well with the other vendors which meant we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day without having to make any last minute decisions. This team was phenomenal and we couldn’t have been happier with their designs!
