She helped us with using an e-check to pay for the cruise. Shortly before our cruise, Caitlin sent us a packet with a folder with all our cruise info. I've worked with other travel agents but Caitlin goes beyond. She is a joy to work with. In fact, we booked another cruise through her!

We are on a Transatlantic Cruise from Barcelona to Miami on Explorer of the Seas, November 2024. There was an unexpected weather incident which meant that we are now arriving into Miami 3 days late and will miss our next cruise on Radiance out of Tampa. Having booked through Jill she got straight onto it, worked through the weekend and basically moved heaven and earth to get us swapped onto Symphony out of Miami instead at no extra cost.

Jill truly worked a miracle and delivered a first class resolution 3 days faster than Royal Caribbean have been able to for passengers who booked direct. We cannot thank Jill enough for her speed, accuracy and tenacity in managing an unusual and time sensitive problem, it shows that it’s always safer to book through a competent and experienced agent especially if you have a complicated trip to plan. Caitlin Gallagher was one of the best travel agents I have delt with in the past 30 years. Not only did she get us a tremendous price on Icon of the Seas but she stayed in contact with us via email with reminders of thinks to do before boarding. We received preprinted luggage tags with vinyl sleeves, and two lanyards for your key card in the mail. To top tings off, a plate of chocolate coved strawberries were in our stateroom upon check in!
