This is every day an endless queue in the truck area to be able to access. You can spend up to 1 hour or more waiting here. I think it's disrespectful. They put one on time as a driver to get to the appoiment but here they delay one. A little seriousness and responsibility to those in charge of this

Drivers don't ever say anything to guards and yard drivers at this location, they try to find something wrong in your behavior and report it to your company, and get you out of Amazon Relay
Also if you came from the other side you have to back up, because nobody gonna open that gate for you... dont even try to argue with them, because they will do all they can to get you out of Relay
Better be quiet and try to drop the trailer, pick up the load and get out

We drove over 2 hrs to take a tour of this facility only to be told there was no tour scheduled. We showed them all of our documentation but they still didnt care. I cannot tell you how angry and disappointed we were , and still are. AMAZON, you should be completely embarrassed. What total losers.
