Told my friend that everything was working fine when the bounce house was not spraying properly and the hose we had to duct tape to make work. When we communicated this with the owner she said they didn’t see a problem and we’re not going to fix the issue and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Heard husband as well cursing in the background. Use any other place for bounce houses.

I’ve know this family for many years. They are wonderful people and are willing to help whenever they can. It’s crazy to see these few negative reviews from people who weren’t even there and doing it just to drive down their ratings. I wasn’t there either, but I do know when the sheriff came to look at the truck the boys were driving they stated there was no way the boys hit these peoples truck. That’s coming from the officer.

When they brought Jeremy caters slide out they had me blocked in when the young kid moved the gold Ford out of my way his pasger side door was open and slammed into Mr carter s truck tail gate and they lied and did not pay for damages
