I have so many amazing things that I could say about Charles and Caleb with Amazed Event Planning. They arrived before time and were ready to get to work. They did an amazing job with setup and assisting with the decor preparations. And, when every thing was done, they stayed to help break everything down, clean up and assist however we needed it. One my most favorite things was that they were so, so, nice. They were a huge part in the success of my daughter's college send off. Everyone talked about how helpful they were and that we need to make sure we hire them again. Again, I cannot say enough about my experience. Thank you all so much.

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! We started our wedding journey understanding our wedding dream clearly but unsure of a company to execute our request in the Triad area. We were so very HAPPY to find Amazed Events Planning team that fulfilled all of our requirements with professionalism and dedication. Lead by Charles, he contacted our venue on our behalf and worked with our dj staff to organize our big day. Also, his team took care of all of our requests big and small details without complaint. Our dream wedding was made possible by Amazed Events Planning and we would recommend them to anyone having any type of events.

I HIGHLY recommend Amazed Event Planning for all of your wedding/event planning needs! My husband and I had a rescheduled wedding celebration (after our original plans back in March 28, 2020 fell through). From beginning to end, Charles did an amazing job making sure our celebration went smoothly. He was so quick to respond whenever we had questions during the planning process and communicated so well with our other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page for our day. He was always enthusiastic and made us so excited for the day! Charles and his team also did an excellent job decorating our venue and making our decor visions come to life! 5 stars across the board, thank you again Charles and team!

After my original coordinator informed me they were not going to be able to help me (2 weeks before my wedding) I went into panic mode. I called a few coordinators requesting help and once I said the wedding was in two weeks, you could hear the hesitation in their voices which was followed by a resounding no. I continued to search and located Amazed on the knot.com. From the first time I spoke with Charles, I felt at ease. He assured me he would do everything he could to help and he delivered. I am sure it was not easy to come into a vision that I had already mapped in my head and bring it to fruition, but that is exactly what he and his team did. I could not have done it without them and could not have been more pleased with the results.
