They need to expand the playground to include more for kids to do very limited on how much playing can be done. But it is a great area for going down to the little beach that you can swim or wade with kids in. Lots of grass but gotta watch for the geese poop the geese love it there too. Other then that ample parking though the restroom is at end of parking lot which isn't the best location when you are setup a quarter mile away but it's a good park to relax and be.

This place is gorgeous. Stopped here after going to Six flags. Places perfect for picnics.... And to wade on the water... Or sit on the beautiful sand.

Nice park by the Carquinez Straits. Has a local Hawaiian Style plate lunch restaurant. Bbq pits and small beach.

This is the place to go if your looking for a nice spot to cool down thats not too far from home. It is the delta so keep that in mind when heading out for a swim, but the shore is nice and sandy and almost the entire cove stays pretty shallow. The tide isnt too extreme, so even tho there are a lil bit of waves for the kiddos to ride, momma dont have to worry about her babies getting sucked out into the ocean. We go there almost on a daily when it gets real hot out, as Benecia pretty much stays 20 degrees cooler than everywhere else in the Bay Area.

My wife and kids love this park. It is perfect. Nice playground, plenty of parking, grass, sitting space, a spot to play volleyball and a breathtaking view of the Carquinez Bridge and let's not forget the sunset that comes with it when the time is right. You also have access to the water to walk on or go swimming. I highly recommend this park. Do bring a sweater though, it can get a little windy and chilly.

Really pretty little park with a small jungle gym, swings and a beautiful view from the beach located down a short path. This was my first time going here and I will definitely be back. Great place to bring small children or enjoy this beautiful weather and have a picnic ❤️
