My experience was marred by unprofessional conduct from the General Manager (GM) Angelina and serious safety concerns that I believe warrant immediate attention.

Specifically, I encountered the following issues:

Unprofessional Conduct of the General Manager Angelina: During my visit, I observed Angelina, engaging in what I perceived as extremely unprofessional behavior. She spoke rudely and dismissively to several guests, including myself, when concerns were raised about safety and behavior. Their demeanor was confrontational rather than helpful, and they displayed a lack of empathy and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I would be happy to provide specific examples of this behavior upon request.

Lack of Supervision and Safety Enforcement: A significant safety concern was the lack of effective supervision of older children within the park. These individuals were observed engaging in dangerous behavior, including excessive roughhousing, deliberate trampling over younger children, and the use of offensive language. This behavior was not adequately addressed by staff, despite multiple complaints from myself and other concerned parents. The GM Angelina stated she didn’t have enough staff and would call more in throughout the day. There was no one supervising the area at one point. The older children were openly using profanity, creating an uncomfortable and inappropriate environment for families with younger children.

Failure to Maintain a Safe Environment: The park's staff appeared unable to maintain a safe environment for all patrons. The clear separation of age groups, which is crucial for preventing injuries, was not enforced. This lack of enforcement resulted in a chaotic and potentially hazardous situation, particularly for younger children who were vulnerable to being injured by the reckless actions of older individuals.

I am deeply concerned about the safety and well-being of children at your facility. The lack of professional management and the failure to enforce safety regulations created a distressing experience for the guest I invited to attend. I spoke with another parent at the facility and she informed me that this was an ongoing issue with the GM Angelina as she had no regard for the children’s safety and was unable to professionally control the situation. I am extremely disappointed by the decline in service and the disregard for safety. I hope that the corporate will take necessary steps to rectify these issues.

My 1st and best experience was when I visited with my 3 year old during the week. She enjoyed herself and was able to jump without being jumped on or so one jumping to high and she couldn’t jump. Nice experience. I can’t wait to bring her again. 🥰 The staff the day we visit was very nice and helpful. Thank you all.

The only reason I'm giving a 1 is because it's the lowest option. This place was horrible. My sister called to make a reservation for a party and it was all screwed up. She spent 3 days of trying to get the reservation right. Service person was horrible. He was a host for the beginning of the party then disappeared. The workers are teenagers and very immature. I would not go to this place ever again.

My service was a pedicure, Shelly is a master in her trade, she is professional, and skilled. Shelly provides a variety of pedicure services and is very knowledgeable in foot care, which results in healthy, well-groomed feet. Shelly’s pedicure technique has a “ Wow” factor, Shelly’s pedicure helps improve the appearance of your feet and toenails. I will definitely be rescheduling another appointment.

Wow where to begin this place is ghetto and unsupervised The staff there barely pay attention to anything that is going on in the building. Teenagers and kids are left there by their parents for hours unsupervised while their parents are off doing God knows what my son was jumped by 2 14 year-olds and a 8 year old I’m eight months pregnant so it was hard for me to run across the entire trampoline building fast enough to save him from getting injured. He ended up having to go to the hospital with bruises on his back and chest now mind you these two individuals were 14 years old and the other little person was eight years old. My son is five. Do not take your kids here if you value their safety it is in the ghetto. Never again never

Way overpriced for what you get. REALLY dirty every time we've gone, like they go a week or two between cleanings. Sticky and greasy equipment, dirty floors, food and trash laying around. Unfriendly staff hanging around on their phones.

Many better options around for the price range. Skip this place.

Decent jump house with very little enthusiasm from the associates. The restroom was under construction during our visit but it was not very clean and had very minimal soap to wash hands. The jump areas needed some cleaning attention. The pizza was overpriced at $15.99 for a medium pizza. They have a game area that can be paid with credit card, that wad a plus. I wanted to pay online but it pushes you create an account which I didn't want to do. But I do recommend completing the waiver before entering.

Great outing for the kids to get rid of some pent up energy or to get away from tech
