Genuine Hospitality That Feels Like Home

After 18 years of homeownership, finding a new place to call home felt like a big transition. I toured several properties, but my visit to Alta Magnolia was great —it was their very first day open, and I happened to see the signs while visiting another nearby community.

At first glance, the property itself is lovely, with amenities comparable to other nearby developments in Allen. But what truly set Alta Magnolia apart was the people. From the moment I met Nick and Tammy, I felt less like a prospective tenant and more like I was catching up with friends. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. Their follow-up and thoughtfulness left such an impression that I returned—two more times with my daughters, who each visited separately and immediately fell in love with the place.

Beyond the inviting atmosphere, the modern finishes like quartz countertops and sleek appliances add to the appeal. Plus, having exciting new spots like Chicken N Pickle and The Hub within walking distance is a definite bonus.

I’m so grateful I stopped by that day. After exploring even more properties recently, I can confidently say—Alta Magnolia feels like home. 🙏

Toured Alta Magnolia Apts on 3/5/25 & had a really good time. Here, in my opinion, is what makes it a community to consider leasing with: 1.) Fob Access (which means it’s secure) 2.) The Location is close to everything you’ll pretty much need including Exxon, Walmart, Sprouts, Dining & Fast Food, Retail shopping (which means it’s convenient) 3.) It’s Brand New (which means you’ll be the first person in your unit and it’ll be QUIET. No noisy neighbors!) 4.)The neighborhood is beautiful, clean and unproblematic (which is hard to find in many parts of DFW to be honest) and 5.) The staff is great! Madison-Very professional, and mannerable, Tammie-Empathetic, and kind. Nick-Super cool, Genuine, personable, with a hilarious personality! That’s my guy! They also have Elevators, a parking garage, resort style pool, the apts are beautiful with front load washer/dryer, modern kitchen with a nice backsplash and the prices are reasonable/affordable. I hate my current complex so Alta Magnolia was a breath of fresh air! I’m definitely moving there!

I toured these apartments last week, and I really liked the finishes throughout the apartment. I like how the washer and dryer are in the closets. It makes laundry so much easier to put away. The green space around the pool area looked really nice. My favorite part is that this complex has its own package room on site!!!
