Alliey + Co was our wedding coordinator and were absolutely fantastic to work with. After being an officiant for a wedding Alliey + Co coordinated in 2022, we knew we wanted to use their coordination services for our own day. Marley was our coordinator leading up to the event and was so attune to our multiple moving pieces- she kept everything the month of so incredibly low-stress for us by handling all of our vendors, fielding logistics questions and also managing a last-minute vendor cancelation with ease. The Alliey + Co network for last-minute cancelations or emergencies is vast and impressive; we were provided with multiple options the night before our wedding for a solution. We really cannot recommend her enough. Sheila was our day-of coordinator and she, too, was absolutely fantastic. We had a major issue with the hotel for our band during the middle of our ceremony- Sheila managed the chaos during our ceremony (undenounced to us- amazingly), even temporarily going offsite to handle the hotel's requirements for check-in (and somehow pulling off a miracle I still can't put into words), and being back in place quickly thereafter. Our day went off without a hitch, and we were both in a zero-stress, blissful state from sun-up to sun-down. The elevated experience with Alliey + Co is something I have not found in Green Bay or most of Wisconsin (I have participated in close to 100 weddings- trust me when I say I know what I'm talking about). If I could give any new bride or groom advice- book them the minute you are engaged! Do yourself a major favor- hire the best! Alliey + Co is it!

We cannot recommend the services of Alliey & Co highly enough. We were initially skeptical about whether or not we truly needed coordination services for our wedding. It turned out to be the best decision we made! Throughout the year leading up to our wedding, Marley assisted in the planning and creation of a detailed timeline for the weekend. She was extremely organized and responsive and knew how to take our wedding vision and make it come to life. She communicated with our vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. This truly took so much pressure off of us and allowed us to enjoy the planning process, especially in the weeks leading up to the big day. The timeline she made for the wedding weekend was detailed it was nothing short of a master-piece. We had compliments from pretty much every vendor on how helpful it was to have such a detailed and organized timeline. There’s NO WAY I could have made that myself even if it were my full-time job.
Trying to find family/friends to set up all the decor exactly as it should be would have been a nightmare - Marley followed every note/request I had and used her own creativity where I didn’t know what would look best (and everything looked so beautiful!). She took such good care of all my decor and glassware - every piece of packaging was re-used for packing at the end of the night. She even re-bagged each name-card holder! As a type-A personality, I was nervous glassware or frames would end up broken by the time we got home just from everyone rushing at the end of the night to clean up, but Marley herself cleaned up everything she could before she left (and I’m pretty sure she stayed late to do so). Not ONE thing was broke/damaged/missing. She even left a little checklist for me before she left to let me know what items weren’t packed yet so we didn’t forget anything.
Marley kept us all on schedule all day, kept me informed when the rain was changing our original plans, and kept me calm with her nonchalant, relaxed demeanor. Literally the night before the wedding I was sending her changes to the seating chart and a list of things I forgot and she replied quickly that she will take care of it and to get some rest. That’s when I knew we made the right choice hiring a planner and more specifically hiring Marley.
