The SUV was very nice, it was clean on the outside and very detailed on the inside. Our driver was 100/10 very nice looking young man, well dressed with great mannerisms. Service was over the top, it was a luxury experience if I may add.

My experience with Allen Transportation was nothing short of AMAZING for lack of words. They were punctual, professional, and pleasant! My family booked a shuttle service to the Airport. The driver was 30 minutes early, vehicle was spotless and smelled good, they provided a step stool for my toddler to climb in. Oh they even lizards as well as unloaded our luggage for us. Very impressed! I will definitely recommend as well as use this company again! 100 ⭐️

first class service, all arranged online from the UK. Our driver Milton turned up nice and early so we could get on the road on time. The bus was clean and very comfortable. We had a good journey there. We were picked up for the return journey in good time too. We cannot thank Milton enough for his kind concern for us and help. Absolutely first class service

I hired Allen Transportation for an airport drop off and pickup for a large group and they were phenomenal! They made my group feel like celebrities, they were so courteous and kind. Best of all, they were early so we never had to wait for them. When they arrived they called to let us know that they were there and would wait patiently until we were ready. You just can't beat that kind of service. Also, the vehicles were beautiful and very clean.

If you all are looking for professional, reliable, courteous, affordable, prompt and safe transportation, then Allen Transportation is your go to for all your individual needs. Allen transportation responded quickly to my need for transportation. They coordinated a convenient time to pick me up from Atlanta and drive me to Birmingham with return service the following day to the Atlanta airport. The owner contacted me personally letting me know the exact location, SUV model, contact information and name of the driver the previous day. My driver, Mr. Terry, called me when he arrived at the location. He was well dressed, friendly and professional. He took my luggage and offered me snacks and water. I had also requested a computer as I left my charger in Texas which was waiting for me when I entered the vehicle complete with WiFi service. I was riding in a new Suburban that was very spacious and clean. Mr. Terry offered to make any stops I needed and delivered me to Birmingham safe and sound. My experience was seamless and enjoyable. I will be using them for all future transportation needs when I’m in the area.

ATC associates were very knowledgeable, kind and courteous, in helping me get the vehicle I needed.
The vehicle I rented was a new model, clean, and in excellent running condition.
Their prices were reasonable, and getting the vehicle I needed, was quick and easy.
