I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa and Stefania at Alla Tua Travel for a family trip to Italy, and I cannot recommend them enough! Our trip was nothing short of amazing, and it's all thanks to their expert planning and attention to detail.

From start to finish, every aspect of the journey was thoughtfully arranged. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, allowing us to explore and enjoy the rich culture and delicious cuisine.

This was truly the trip of a lifetime for my parents, and seeing their joy and wonder throughout the journey made it even more memorable for me. The travel agent’s knowledge and recommendations were invaluable, and their dedication to ensuring our comfort and enjoyment did not go unnoticed. It was clear they put a lot of effort into making sure everything was seamless and enjoyable.

Overall, the trip exceeded our expectations, and I am so grateful for the role that the Alla Tua team played in making our family vacation a marvelous experience.

My husband and I were traveling to Europe for the first time to visit our daughter who had been studying abroad in Italy. We wanted to visit a couple of cities and not knowing the best way to arrange that was very stressful! Enter Alla Tua, Lisa and Stefania! They asked what I wanted to do, where I wanted to go and just did all the work! They gave me options of places to stay in each city, arranged all our flights, accommodations and car service to and from the airports! They were always available whenever I had any questions or concerns. They made the whole trip planning stress free!
While we were in each city anytime we had to reach them for anything they were always there ready to help! They made this trip for us so wonderful! We never had to worry about anything! They took care of it all!!
I cannot say enough about these two lovely ladies and highly recommend them! I’ve actually given their names out a few times now to anyone I know that’s mentioned wanting to travel to Europe!

I recently returned from Alla Tua’s Ed Sheeran/Tuscany Tour and the trip exceeded all my expectations. Every step of the process with Lisa and Stefania was seamless and enjoyable. They were highly communicative and offered many opportunities to connect on questions, pre-trip planning and had a genuine interest in getting to know each traveler. They were exceptional at prioritizing the customer experience and ensured that each traveler was involved, informed and taken care of. I added a few days in Parma before the tour and Alla Tua facilitated accommodation, restaurant reservations and other recommendations. All done effortlessly. I was looking for “off the beaten track” experiences in Florence since I had been there many times, and Alla Tua not only made suggestions, they also customized a food experience outside the city at Il Cavaliere di Castello di Gabbiano that was one of the highlights of the trip.

A real standout working with Alla Tua was the carefully curated itinerary, personal touches and pace of the trip. As a seasoned traveler this is very important to me, and this trip really showcased Alla’s Tua innate ability to offer something special to travelers. Alla Tua went above and beyond. I highly recommend this business and I will definitely be working with Alla Tua again.

Can't recommend Alla Tua enough if you're planning a trip to Europe or are looking to join a tour.

The Alla Tua team was available and ready to help through our entire trip planning process. We wanted to extend our travel by a few days on the front and back end. They were so helpful in arranging the hotel and giving us recommendations for trains.

We really liked their hands on approach and care for our comfort. It was our first time riding on a train in Europe so rather than just dropping us off and sending us on our way, they went with us and showed us around the station and explained the announcement process. We really felt taken care of - this was above and beyond.

This was our first time in Italy and we didn't know what to expect but wanted to experience everything! I loved that we had the opportunity for free time on our own, but we could also opt to do more with our guides, So we could really experience the country through the eyes of experienced Italian travelers (and residents). We got all the highlights of each area, but in each place we visited, there was an additional personalized aspect - like the wine windows in Florence, having a picnic while watching the sunset and amazing views from Piazzale Michelangelo in Florence, the cicchetti crawl in Venice and exploring colorful Burano. These were not on the itinerary but were experiences will never forget!

My advice for others traveling and taking this tour is to really rely on Lisa and Stefania's recommendations. They know the area and experiences so well and will take the time to truly understand what you want so they can curate the best experience for you.

Lisa and Stefania planned a wonderful two week trip through Italy and were amazing help throughout the journey. The places they selected were exactly what we asked for and they provided us with the experience we wanted. They were knowledgeable about the cities, great restaurants and hotels. They listened and delivered. When things happened ( having nothing to do with them or their planning) they stepped up and helped us with kindness and professionalism. We would work with them again in a heartbeat.

I just came back from the Alla Tua’s Ed Sheeran/Tuscany Tour. It was amazing. I have always wanted to travel to Italy around my birthday and this trip was perfect in every way. I am so thankful my brother Joel was able to find out about this trip and make it work for both of us to travel with them. My brother and I traveled to Rome first and they were very helpful in setting everything up for us. The trip was amazing because we traveled different parts of Italy and we got to experience different activities. There was enough downtime in between as well so we did not feel overwhelmed. I love how they found new experiences even for them so we all got the chance to experience it together. The concert was on my birthday. Plus they went out of the way to make the day extra special for me. I will always cherished this amazing trip. I felt so at ease with everything from beginning to the end. They were great host and I just love all the experience they already had with traveling around Italy that they were able to share with us. I will definitely being doing another trip with them!

We had a great experience, every aspect was planned perfectly! And they were on standby to answer our questions whenever something unexpected came up. Worked in our budget etc.
