I’ll start off by saying I never leave bad reviews. But in this case, it was a must. My wife and I hired Lisa to provide flowers for our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, everything was great. The day of was a disaster to say the least. The flowers at the alter were an embarrassment and looked nothing like what we agreed on in the SIGNED contract. The aisle pieces were some sort of grass that we had never seen or agreed upon. My boutonniere flower along with all of my groomsman boutonnieres were dead upon arrival. My wife and I requested a refund for the portion of the flowers that were an embarrassment, and we couldn’t agree on a price with Lisa. We were only looking for $1,000 of the cost to be refunded while Lisa wanted to refund only $150 at the start.. Mind you, we paid almost $3,000 in flowers alone.. Lisa proceeded to accuse my wife of “having problems” in an email thread that we have documented. Very unprofessional for a business owner to do. Did not respond to the wedding coordinator when she was asked to come back and fix the flowers prior to the ceremony. Refer to the photo that I have attached to see what was in our signed contract versus what we got. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY LIKE WE DID! You will be disappointed.

There are not enough words to express how amazing Lisa Lorenz is! She was there from day 1 helping us plan our wedding, understood every vision we had, and organized our vendors to a T! On top of all that, she also took care of ordering and arranging all of our flowers PERFECTLY! My husband and I highly recommend using her for any and all event planning needs and are already trying to figure out our next event so she can help us plan it! Thank you, again, Lisa! You are the best!

Lisa is amazing i would hire her again and again, she helped me so much with my wedding on july 28, 2018. I love her. She is so professional, she set every thing up on one time, i love the way she decorated the room, she stayed by my side from start to finish. I have told all my friends about her services, also she made my flowers at the last minute and they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you lisa for all you did for me and my husband.

I’ll start off by saying I have never written a bad review in my life. I am doing so now to warn others of my experience and save them the disappointment. I met with Lisa on site 6 months prior to our wedding to go over everything. The flowers delivered on my wedding day were nothing like what was agreed on in our contract. I texted her wedding day asking her to come back for the arch because it was nothing like what was agreed on and she didn’t respond until that night. She had 3 hours to come back and didn’t respond. All the boutonnieres were incorrect and my husband’s was dead. I paid for barrel flowers and only received a couple greenery leaves. Also, for the aisle, there was supposed to be silver dollar eucalyptus and I provided the pampas grass, instead a grass type greenery was provided, which was not agreed upon. Considering I paid $3k in flowers, I politely asked for $1k in return and that doesn’t even cover all that was incorrect. She said she will not refund me any now. My flower presentation on my wedding day was embarrassing and heartbreaking. She is very unprofessional and rude. Please take my advise and go with someone else!!!!
