Cari and her assistant Dani coordinated my wedding almost 4 weeks ago and I can't say enough nice things about them. She and her team are so nice, professional, prompt, creative and so much fun!

Cari is the absolute best and she got us so prepared for our wedding! From phone calls and emails to in-person meetings, she put us so at ease and helped so much. Every time we spoke with her, we felt less stressed and more excited. Even through personal matters, she communicated well and kept everything going smoothly. Cari and her team were so helpful for our big day! We hired Cari's team for Day of Coordination + Ceremony Coordination, but she was always available for questions and suggestions throughout the wedding planning process. We met with Cari about a month or so before the big day, and went through every single detail for our wedding, leaving us comfortable and confident to leave the details for our big day in her team's hands.

We had a couple of hiccups from other vendors on our big day, and Cari's team handled the issues seamlessly. They went above and beyond to make sure that we and our guests were comfortable the whole night. We cannot thank Cari and her team enough for everything they did to help us have the most memorable day ever! We highly recommend All Occasions Event Planning!

Looking back at our wedding and how everything went so perfectly, I can’t help but think about Cari from All Occasions Events and her assistants on the day of our wedding. Everything went according to the timeline she provided and she made us feel so comfortable and confident leaving the day in her hands. She went over every detail with us before the wedding to ensure that everything would be set exactly the way we imagined it would be. Cari truly went above and beyond making sure the day went to plan and creating minor touches that we didn’t even think of like setting the extra photos in nooks around the venue. When the spot we chose to take photos with guests before the reception turned too dark, she helped us set up a new spot with great lighting for us to capture those photos with all of our guests. Cari was truly a pleasure to work with, and we thank her from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding as perfect as possible.

Cari was amazing! She is detail oriented, attentive, easy to talk to, and able to go with the flow when things changed. She was so on top of things and calm that we were able to relax during our big day and trust that she had all the answers. One of our other vendors also commented on how prompt and communicative she was day of, which they said was not their common experience with coordinators. I also had some family members comment on how much they liked her and her ability to handle situations. She is absolutely amazing and I refer her whenever I get the chance!

Edit: I almost forgot, she was also so helpful in the small details like certain signs, cake stand etc that we had forgotten. She had a few from previous weddings that she loaned us which saved us. She was also awesome at gathering all the personal items up at the end and even holding onto some for us since we were from out of state.
