My bag was lost between Wisconsin and Alaska, many delays and cancellations due to weather. Alaska Airlines made it right. Kudos to the staff in Wrangell AK for working tirelessly to get my luggage to me on a timely manner!

Love how the dude is just slamming down anyone and everyone’s luggage onto the baggage conveyor, two of those bags were mine.

Despite the flight being delayed, they were great. Kept us updated. CALLED me to let me know the flight was arriving and to head to the airport. Giving us a $50 credit for the inconvenience.

I’ve flown with Alaska Airlines out of Petersburg quite a few times now, and each time has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and really go out of their way to ensure everything runs smoothly. The flights are reliable, and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable traveling with them. Plus, it’s such a bonus that they’re dog-friendly! The check-in and boarding processes are efficient, and the small-town charm of the Petersburg airport adds to the experience. I’m grateful for Alaska Airlines’ consistent service and will continue to fly with them!
