My 10 year old son and I both LOVED our experience! We did the 1-hour semi private tour & would do it again in a heartbeat!

Captain Pete was great! We learned a lot about the history and landscape of the Everglades and the animals that call it home. He was very personable and a lot of fun.

This is definitely not a “one and done” experience! We hope to do it again the next time we’re in southern Florida!

I did a LOT of research before arriving in Miami about which of the many tours to book. The majority of the options seemed to involve being collected from Miami from one of several stops on a coach route, and then forming a large group in an airboat, presumably ending up in a gift shop or prodding an unsuspecting captive baby gator. The cost was to be around 50 bucks each. My party of four didn't fancy that, so looked for a private tour, and luckily found Airboat in Everglades. Wow! Okay, so the cost doubled to 100 each, but it is worth every last penny. To be picked up right outside the accommodation in a private mini coach, and driven in air conditioned comfort to the meeting point was a a pure joy, and our driver kept us entertained. The boat ride itself can only be described as EPIC! To see alligators, turtles and various wetland birds inches from the side of the boat is an experience I'll never forget. In summary, an unforgettable experience made possible by an enthusiastic and dedicated company.

I cannot recommend this tour enough! Definitely get at least the 1.5 hour tour if not more ..! Captain Pete was THE BEST. You learn so much, get to see numerous gators, birds, animals, and learn about the glades. I am so happy we went with this tour and will come back again!!

Excellent experience! We had a great time on the airboat with Captain Pete! The trip was a memorable time. We saw multiple alligators, various bird species, and even a huge softshell turtle. We even got to see Pete’s friend, Fred. The boat was well maintained and we had a smooth relaxing ride. Pete knows his stuff! He had lots of great facts and info about the Everglades. He was entertaining and made us feel safe the entire time. I appreciated his humor. Highly recommend this ride. Won’t be disappointed. Go in the early morning before it gets too hot. Thanks!

Since I live in Florida, I have been on many airboat rides. Airboat in Everglades stands out as the best one I have ever been to. Whenever I have people down from New York from now on this is where I will take them. Our captain knew just where to take us. Wonderful experience.

What an excellent experience! We took the semi private 1 hour tour. Finding the meeting place is not hard at all, but make sure you give yourself a bit extra time just in case. Our guide Xavier took the time to explain what we were watching, found multiple spots with alligators of all sizes, and answered all questions the group had. He clearly cares about the Everglades and about doing a great job. My children loved every minute of it! We will be coming back for the longer tours next time.

Captain Pete was awesome!! Very knowledgeable about this area. Great history of the Everglades. Definitely go early or later in the afternoon, as most of the wildlife hides during the hottest part of day. We did an hour and half tour which was perfect for us. Definitely recommend and would do it again myself.

Our trip to the Everglades was absolutely phenomenal! Captain Pete was incredible... He is very knowledgeable and professional, we were in very good hands.
I've always wanted to go the the Glades, but this excursion was above and beyond my expectations.
Being so close to the animals in their natural environment was thrilling. The boat ride was exciting, and the whole experience literally moved me to tears it was so beautiful. ...
