Helen is a rock star! And has a perfect 5-star review track record! She’s so friendly, kind, and thoughtful and has an amazing memory for small details, which really helped with wedding planning. She's so personable - from the very first phone call with her, she was interested in hearing about our first date, relationship, and proposal. We were trying to plan a wedding in CA from out of state, and she made our lives so much easier.

She drew up an amazing minute-by-minute timeline for our vendors and wedding party. She is super organized, great at listening, and responds to all of our communication within like 5 minutes.

We had an outdoor garden wedding during the spring, and the thing about weather forecasts is that they are not posted until 7 days beforehand….and for our wedding, it was predicted there would be rain. She figured out a rain contingency plan with all our vendors, making the wedding day flow smoothly and remained upbeat and supportive all the way. She even sent us some photos and videos so we would have something before our photographer finished his edits. My bridesmaid was so impressed with her that she also asked Helen to be on her wedding team. I can’t imagine there’s anything she can’t handle. Helen played an absolutely essential role in the success of our wedding day! As someone who has never planned a wedding before nor plans on ever planning another one again, Helen was the perfect event design and day of wedding coordinator for us. She helped us stay on track with every design and detail of our wedding day! The planning process was so straight forward and definitely eliminated much stress that comes with wedding planning in general.

Helen is the best! We had gotten a list of planners from our venue at Serra Plaza, and after looking through the list we narrowed down to a few. Helen ended up being the first and only planner we talked to because we felt instant relief right after we met with her LOL! We were starting to feel a little overwhelmed at the beginning of the wedding planning process, but she is definitely a pro and made us feel reassured about it all. She knows exactly what she's doing and how to do it. Not only did she know our venue really well, but took the time to get to know us and guided us through our wedding planning process. We had booked her for day-of coordination and at about a month or two out, she took on the reigns and made everything so easy - gathering our vendors, getting details, etc. Also, the fact that a lot of our vendors had worked with her before, is a testament to all the great work she does. We really love how organized and detailed she is, but is also so easy going and took lots of care in our wedding. She made sure to ask us lots of questions throughout - things we didn't even think about - so she could incorporate what we wanted. Helen and her assistant were so nice and positive, and helped us get through our wedding day - everything was set up perfectly! Some of our guests even told us they were surprised how smoothly our wedding day went - all credits to Helen's team and the timeline she created! It was something that we didn't even think people would take notice, but glad it was recognized. Overall, infinity/10 and highly recommend!

All the 5-star reviews are true!!! Helen is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and gifted in event planning. She has excellent artistic sensibilities and was able to execute our vision with minimal input/supervision.

We planned our wedding in 4 months and Helen kept us on track and organized us effectively so that we not only could do everything we wanted but do it in time without feeling rushed/anxious. She brings so much clarity to the planning process and provided all tools, inspiration, checklists, guidelines, etc. we needed to be successful.

We ran into a few hiccups at our wedding (circumstances beyond our control) and she was able to pivot quickly and seamlessly make adjustments that honored our preferences and our style/vision. She did all that and more, always with her encouraging spirit & her warm smile!

Where do we start...Helen! Our savior! We were so glad that we had such an amazing wedding planner that helped guide us throughout the wedding process. At first, I didn't know if I was able to find a wedding planner that was suitable for the both of us, especially for my now husband. Whether you should hire a wedding planner: if they can help you envision and design your big day + if they can execute the plan well to your expectations.

Envision/design: look at their portfolio.
Execution: interview them for how experienced they are, how they will work with you and how they handle emergencies.

Luckily we found Helen who meets all the criteria above! And it turned out to be the best decision we've ever made!

We had a very non-traditional wedding which was K-pop themed (BTS, Blackpink). Although she was not super familiar with K-pop, Helen helped us fuse all the K-pop elements into our wedding including decorations, songs, first dance, send-off etc. Not only us but our guests had so much fun during the wedding and it well reflected our love and enthusiasm into K-pop!

I thought it would be super stressful on the wedding day because I would need to worry about everything from coordinating vendors to entertaining guests. However Helen made it care-free! All I needed to do was to look good and have fun!
