This was a very nice cruise on a small boat that was modelled after an original Saratoga Lake tour boat and it was October 10th. Total passenger count was I believe 14 with two of them being young children. Additionally there was the Captain and First Mate. It was a beautiful fall day with calm waters and some fall color but a week or two from peak. The cruise was for 1.5 hours and toured a large portion of the lake though not all as it is quite a large body of water. The captain, Bob, gave narration as the tour progressed on some of the homes original and current owners, hotels, restaurants and campsites that line the shore or are on the islands in the lake.. He also delved into some of the history of the lake and the topography surrounding the lake. All in all it was very much worth the ticket cost and was something both my wife and I truly enjoyed.

This cruise was great. A nice experience,slow tour of the lake with a bunch of little history fun facts. Captain Dave is a great guy and guide. Well worth the money. Thank you guys for making our evening a memorable one. I'd recommend this for sure.

We booked a private cruise for 15 people aboard the General Schuyler. Captain Jeff was amazing! He had great stories and historical facts to share with our group. Everyone really enjoyed the cruise and I would recommend requesting Captain Jeff. My only issue was communication prior to our cruise. It was difficult to connect to discuss details as they don't monitor their phone and you cannot leave a message. Everything ended up working out at the eleventh hour, but I think they need a better process to communicate with their guests ahead of bookings.

My husband and I took the sunset cruise - it was amazing! We were fortunate enough to be the only two as the weather was threatening and I guess kept everyone away. But as it turned out, the weather was awesome! The tour was so informative and so interesting. I highly recommend it. The captain and his deck hand were so great, friendly, personable, all around super! Loved it from start to finish! Do this! You won't regret it!

Thank you for making Saratoga Lake accessible to the masses. After living in Saratoga for years, I learned so much I never knew about the region, and enjoyed the lake in a way I never thought I would be able to. And all for less than it costs to have dinner downtown. Captain Dave is respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and just a calming presence. No better way to spend an evening. Honestly, doctors should prescribe these cruises to soothe the weary soul.

We weren't sure what to expect from this lake cruise. On our boat was another couple and at the last minute a bachelorette party crashed the scene and boarded the boat. They were a friendly energetic group. Rosemary and her husband (the crew) were the best! They were so friendly and they allowed us to plaY our own music and bring drinks. It was supposed to rain for a bit but the crew had full coverage to wade the storm. the captain let us steer the boat. Rosemary told us about the surround islands. Then the rain cleared up to reveal a beautiful sunset and a double rainbow!!! We were dancing to the music like it was 1995 and having a blast! We honked the foghorn and people waved. The sights were absolutely amazing and crew was so much fun! Anyone planning on cruising in the Adirondacks this cruise is a MUST!
