Do not trust this company I paid for a flight one day before to attend a funeral and I show up at the frontier airline gate for them to tell me that my ticket that I bought from Adam travel/vacations is fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

We just finished our umrah group trip by Adam Travel, Houston on March 2023. Alhamdulillah we had a great experience to do this trips and in shaa Allah would love to take another Umrah trip again with another group. Adam Travel provided us near place to stayed in Madinah and Mecca within walking distance. Easy to communicate with staffs and nice service. Very very poor travel company. Their office is always closed, no one answers the phone. Their boss Hisham or zeeshan, whatever his name is, is the rudest guy in the business, treats customer like they are garbage, he shouldn't be in customer care business. and his team is a bunch of liars who don't fulfil their commitment, nor they are available in case of any urgent issue.
