I agree with the other reviews about this company being a scam. I booked a stay thru Club 1 hotel on 9/3/22 at a Hilton hotel. The room at the hotel wasn’t great so the hotel offered to refund us. However since we used another party we had to go thru them. So I went back to club 1 hotel. Fast forward to current time and I still have no refund. Club 1 hotel has been no help but that’s for another review. I reached back out to the hotel who kindly forwarded me the emailed via club 1 hotel, action travel, and Hilton, along with proof she refunded action travel on 9/15/22. She asked them to show proof they refunded me first then she would refund them. They involved a sr sales agent at Hilton who assured the hotel that action travel always refunded their clients. Today, I called action travel as club 1 hotel says action travel claims they were never refunded, however I have proof! Both Carlota Chandia & Alejandro Barni were involved from action travel. Upon speaking with whomever answered the phone at action travel they told me my refund was processed YESTERDAY (10/24/22). WHY DID THEY HOLD MY MONEY FOR OVER A MONTH WHEN I REACHED OUT COUNTLESS TIMES?! I asked to speak with a manager and in return I was given Alejandro, WHO HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I WAS ASKING WHY THEY HELD MY MONEY. I will be reporting them as I have all the emails and text messages for proof. DO NOT USE ACTION TRAVEL!!!!
