I have used Action Limo many times, and have always been happy with their service. This time I booked them for my wife. She was very happy to have Dilcia as her chauffeur, for an appointment downtown. She shared with me Dilcia’s professional manner, her knowledge of driving
these streets and the best routes to get there during bad traffic times. She found her to be friendly, and helpful, and an extremely safe driver.

Our driver was great, however it took about 30 minutes of sitting to get the radio to work. We were also charged a travel fee that we were unaware of when booking. The limo was a ford expedition, older style. Again, our driver was AMAZING though.

Berry was very kind and very accommodating, as well as he answered any questions we had at the start and during our trip. Lastly he was very timely when we were ready to depart and reembark the bus, this allowed us to enjoy the evening with no stress at all having the bus where we needed it within minutes.

THIS is the way to travel from the airport to Galveston!!! He picked us up right at the door and there was water and soda on ice waiting for us! We made a couple stops on the way, and it was so nice not having to worry which exit to take or where to go!! Our driver was extremely nice and a safe driver! I highly recommend!!!
