My stay at Chris' cabin was top tier. It being labor day weekend, my boyfriend and I were sorting through so many cabins and it wasn't until l came across Perch that l instantly knew no matter the price I wanted to stay here even after the amazing stay we had I knew it was the right choice!
I don't think the pictures listed do the home justice, the peaceful music when you walk in combined with the beautiful nature scenery, sound of the pond and the nearby bird friends right outside your bedroom door created an atmosphere I could definitely live at, felt right at home.
The amenities listed were working great and easily accessible. I made use of the grill, record player, kitchen, and even the sauna. The instructions to it were very clear and I appreciate the host's attention to detail. Chris is very friendly and I would recommend staying here to anyone and plan to come back in the Winter for sure!

Stargazer was an absolute dream! Perfect little spot for the family. Not far from any attractions and short drive into town. I have never been to Big Bear and will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our time at the stargazer cabin. It was an extremely well put together home to facilitate all your needs as a guest and family. The location is great with all sorts of hiking trails at the end of the street. Very close to the ski mountains And sledding for the kids. Chris was an excellent host and truly provided everything you could want to have a comfortable stay. The hot tub under the stars, fireplace inside, arcade games for the kids, fully equipped kitchen, and just the comfortable home made it for a perfect visit.

The stay was very comfortable and the cabin very clean. It has everything one might want and a perfect place for hiking enthusiasts like myself. Great hiking trails with white capped mountains all around ! Chris was also very helpful and responsive with anything I had questions about. I will stay here again when I come to Big Bear .
