I contacted many limousine service companies, we decided to go with ACF because they provided better value and the representative was very kind and patient with us. We felt welcomed from the time we called them to get a quote. Customer service is very important to me and ACF was amazing. Our driver was punctual and looked presentable. We were heading about 2 hours away and the ride went on smoothly. Beverages and snacks were available to us which was definitely a cherry on top! We definitely will book again with ACF for our future needs. Thank you for making it possible!

Great price! Responsive staff during scheduling and our driver Orchy was excellent! He was on time, I received text updates about his arrival and he was so accommodating. I left my lap top for work half way through my trip and he had no issues with having an alternate driver bring my laptop to me ! Service was above and beyond any other limo service I’ve used in the past!

My experience with ACF CT limousine was one of a kind to say the least , the driver was extremely polite , and respectful. He made me feel safe which i truly believe is one of the most important concern a individual have when booking a service with a car company… the driver was on time . Overall it was a great experience . Definitely will be using this company again …

Worst experience we’ve ever had. Booked services over a month ahead of time. We called to verify everything the day before and the day of. We were told it was confirmed. The day of we followed up to see how far they were they said 45 minutes away. Then we called to follow up as no one showed up and they ignored our calls. Their phone goes to hold music and when it rings too long they disconnect you.

We called to follow up someone answered gave us the number for a driver. The driver informed us they just received the trip because ACF couldn’t fulfill it. They gave our trip to a different company after they told us they were on the way. We then had to wait another hour for our driver to show up because it was a completely different company.

Truly the worst company I’ve ever interacted with. Lying to customers while they’re already supposed to have picked you up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely awful service.

Talk about stressful when trying to catch an international flight. We got to the airport with just enough time to get to our gate for 10 minutes before boarding .

It wouldn’t let me put zero starts or else I would have.

I would like to firstly say thank you for giving my little sister a such outstanding experience on her wedding day! I also referred ACF limousine to a cousin of mines that also got married, He as well was extremely satisfied. The driver was very respectful and professional. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company and driver. Would highly recommend this limousine service to anyone. Thank you again!

This was a fantastic experience. Chris handled all the details, provided the best price, and even followed up after the fact to check in on how everything went. Jay our driver was courteous, on time, friendly, and accommodating. We were stuck in traffic both ways, he diverted and got us to our destination with time to spare. I will be calling Chris again when I need limo services. Oh and the suburban that picked us up both times was super clean. Thanks again!

Omg what a great experience!! My driver was so delightful and we actually arrived on time. The limo was clean and didn’t smell like cigarettes. The drive was smooth and we enjoyed the drinks on the way☺️. We arrived to my event on time with no problems. The best limo experience ever! I will use and recommend their services to family and friends. Thanks again

I Spoke with Chis who I truly respected, his customer service was exactly what made me decide to go with them for my daughters wedding. However on the day the driver was running late which upset me terribly, the only positive side was my future son in law was running late Also so it made it bearable. Outdoor wedding so there wasn’t a exact time between 3-4 pm
I didn’t need a limo but she is my baby and a bride so I wanted her to have that special feeling. Sad and horrible at the same time the driver never told the bride or anyone in the limo that they had champagne to drink, another bummer. Though I was not super happy with everything that went down. I do want to thank chris for making me so comfortable, and I do also know that not everything is perfect. I would still recommend them and if I ever need a service again I would call them.
